They didn't have my part but this was one of the best and most organized yards I have ever visited. I wish thos place was not 3 hours away from me. The staff was very professional and helpful. Only gripe was difficult reaching them on phone because of the automation on the phone. However, their website was extremely easy to find the cars in their lot and when they arrived.

I made arrangements for the Car to be picked up between 1 to 5 PM and took paid time off from work. I sat at my house for 4 hours waiting on a truck. No one ever even showed up. When I called around 3 they tell me it is scheduled for the next day when I have no availability because theres a lot of cars to pick up. I explain to the dispatcher that I took paid time off from work and scheduled days in advance. Their response was literally, "there is nothing we can do". Thank god my mom was available to sell the car the next day while I was working. The only reason I will give them 2 stars is the driver was a nice person, new but apologetic and friendly.

my car got towed here even with my parking pass for the apartment i live in, went today 12/15/21 to get my car had my fiancé get down to talk to them since i was upset well they ended up giving my fiancé rude ugly service, we couldn’t get my car since it’s not under my name had to call my mom to come get it warned her about the older lady in glasses being super rude my mom went in gave them the same attitude they gave my fiancé and the lady says “you don’t need to be immature” but 30 minutes before she was being rude for no reason and doesn’t like it when it comes back to her. if they didn’t give ugly attitude first we would have nothing to complain about.

This place ain’t like it use to be I bought a transmission for 1600 and it didn’t work told me I had 90 days warranty took it to get installed and it was a bad transmission I called them about of course nothing was done!! Stay away folks there not what the seem to be !! Don’t say I didn’t warn you

I cannot express my disgust in dealing with this company. My husband and I have been customers for our household trash disposal for 15 years. Basically we didn't have a choice as they were the only company in this area back then. Despite a new company coming in to our area, we remained loyal to this company. Over the years, we have dealt with the usual stuff with these guys like throwing our trashcan around and breaking it and leaving trash in the can. Today was the final straw for me. Despite leaving my can out per usual for Monday pick up, my trash was not picked up. I called today to let them know. I have no idea who the rude person I talked to was, but she basically called me a liar and said I would have to pay for a service I did not get. After an exchange back and forth she hung up on me! I then called back and cancelled my service. I spoke to a nicer person who really didn't care if we cancelled or what the reason was, but she did apologize. Let's just say this company does not care about customer service or making things right with a customer if there is a problem. I have no intention of ever giving them one more dime of my hard-earned money. I am so happy we have a new company in this area and I don't have to rely on this terrible company.
