Alvaro was quick to pick up the phone and answer all my questions. He also only charges you for an estimate if they have to remove parts to find out what the issue is so that was a huge plus! Other shops were asking $50+ just to check out the vehicle. They took my truck in the next morning rather than having to wait until after christmas like another shop that I called. Alvaro was quick to inspect the truck and was straightforward (no bs) with what the problem was and what I could do to fix it. He advised me that they don't do any oil changes (oil filter was the issue) and just asked that I tell people about the shop. So here I am. Can not stress enough how pleased I am with the work done. I got off shift late and was not home, but that did not stop him from starting his work. I pulled up and he was already going. He did a tremendous job and followed every annoying detail I asked of him. Even after the job was done he went the extra mile to help me with a side project.
