Constantly taking our call and giving no updates, then lying to us claiming “they had no vehicles to send out”. Put us on hold when the questions got too difficult for them to answer and never brought us back on the line, and hung up on us twice. I seriously hope they lose all business and get shut down because no one should have to deal with that horrible attitude and complete unprofessionalism especially during their time of need being stranded needing car help. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I called every salvage yard in Corpus Christi and they were quoting me Dealer price. So i decided to try Victoria. I called Big State and spoke with Donnie. He told me that he didn't have one in stock but that he could order a new replacement and have it at Big State the next morning. Donnie beat everyone's price and provided 5 star service. I highly recommend Big State Auto Salvage.
