My vehicle randomly lost power leaving me and two children on the side of the road. I called B&B Wrecker service and the lady who answered was straight to the point with her questions, figuring out my exact location, giving me the price and sending someone our way. Within minutes a truck was on scene. Unfortunately due to the power issue we had a difficult time getting it into neutral causing the driver to be there for longer than im sure he planned. He stayed on scene and eventually we were able to get it loaded and to the Chevy service center. No upcharge for the wait, it was the same price as I was told over the phone. Highly recommend this business!

I went and asked to have my best spare tire mounted onto a new rim. The lady at the front desk said no because the tire was 5 years old. The tire was in excellent condition. I took it to Odessa and got it mounted for free at Discount Tire. Bad service in Monahans. Take your business to Odessa and get much better service and save money as well.
