On March 11th, we had an episode with our cargo trailer while on our way to Las Vegas via I-15 South near Nephi, UT where we broke a spring which also caused a flat tire. After contacting Triple A to set up a tow we were transferred to Chris with May Automotive. Chris was very prompt at responding and getting us towed to Harmon Tire as they were not able to accommodate our repairs. I'm so greatful and thankful for how quickly the drive responded to my bright and easy crash on hwy 6. Professional and so kind! With all the emotions and shock the driver was great about calming me down and reassuring me it would all be ok and he was there to help in whatever ways I needed. Seriously these Dalton & Will are amazing! I blew a tire in Scipio and even though it was close to closing they still replaced my tires with really great tires. August 15, 2021 - Recently had some issues with my alternator while traveling through Utah. I had to overnight in Nephi and get the parts from the local store when it opened the next morning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and we gracious enough to lend me the required tools for the alternator replacement. I was thoroughly impressed with how helpful and courteous these employees where at the store. Great job and I will continue to shop at your stores.

Tyler is a great mechanic! We had an injector go out in Nephi on our way to California. I stopped by several shops that were less than excited to even talk to me. I found someone that recommended I go by Tyler’s shop and I see why. He was extremely helpful and changed out the injector but due to some computer issues with the truck we weren’t able to get the new injector programmed and we needed to go to a GM dealer for the computer programming. I was ready to pay him for all of his work and he wouldn’t let me because the truck still wasn’t completely fixed. Unbelievable, you just don’t meet guys like Tyler these days. Thanks Tyler for all of your help! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
