    Not sure why some say slow pay and cheaper than anyone in town I have traded to both and my wife’s family has used them for years they have always paid cash the day we bring in and at least 45 days on a bin but scrap prices are touch and go that’s for sure

    This is the worst place that I've ever dealt with. Such horrible customer service, told the guy I needed a junk car picked up and called him every day for a week and he kept saying he was "on his way" and never bothered to show up. Then I called a last time and told him I needed the money to go out of town for a doctor's appointment and he swore up and down he would be there. Still nothing. I'm never going through these people again, they give false promises and the owner had a foul mouth and horrible customer service! Don't waste your time!Service: Vehicle purchasing

    Awful service. I never receive bills. If I didn’t have my bank sent to auto draft I would never remember when my bill was due. Many times our trash has been left on the road or not fully emptied. I have been trying to cancel service but they say I have signed service agreement which I keep being told is sent over but I have yet to see.Service: Trash removal & disposal
