It’s a bit confusing what to do. There wasn’t anyone to just give directions until we wandered into a particular area, then we’d get pointed to the next place to go for the next step. We got our scrap metal unloaded, got paid and were on our way again within a half hour though. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.
Had weekly service in Bristol. Would watch the driver drive right by, and not take the trash. when I called they said the cans weren't out and I needed to wait till next week to get it picked up. On several occasions they simply didn't come by, they would change their schedule for holidays and not tell you. The calling service they use only ever called me to say my service was on time... 🙄 didn't get a call on the weeks they moved the date. On one occasion I was told by a supervisor that my pick was going to be saturday instead of friday and they came Thursday, I heard them come by and when I called to complain they said I was mistaken and was still on schedule for friday...( Christmas morning) . When i challenged that idea lmao..... I was put on hold then told it was indeed today and I had missed it. 68$ a month for weekly trash and bi-weekly recycling and this is the service I get.. no thanks, i have better things to do than baby sit my trash...Service: Junk removal
