Two weeks of no garbage pickup, so far. Have called twice and the response I received was not appropriate given the circumstances. I was told I would not receive a refund and to pile garbage at the end of the driveway and they would pick up the extras in a week or that I could bring it to the dump myself. When I first called yesterday over the trash not being picked up despite the garbage being left out by 7pm the night before, I was told it would still be picked up and then hung up on.
