I was on a weekend motorcycle camping trip to VT when my headlight burned out and I needed to get it repaired. I looked up nearby motorcycle shops and Vintage Steele came up as the closest and also very highly rated. I rode there and immediately Josh had me bring the bike into the garage. He noticed my headlight was out as a I had ridden up. They didn't have bulbs on hand but were expecting a delivery shortly. I hung out talking with him for about 30 minutes and when the bulbs arrived he changed it right away. I also had him check my rear tire which was pretty worn. He agreed it was worn but still safe to ride which made me feel a lot more confidence since I had 200 miles to ride to get home. Great service, great guys. Highly recommend

Triple T has always been friendly, courteous, and great to work with. We've had several roll off dumpsters with them over the years and a weekly dumpster service. They have some very skilled drivers. got a battery which the salesperson put on the rather high counter. after paying i took the battery off the counter and discovered that it was extremely heavy and wrenched my back. there were 3 people behind the counter who looked unoccupied and none of them warned me about the weight or offered to carry the battery out to the car. i'm a 68 year old person and shouldn't have had to do this. talked with the manager and he explained that they were caught by surprise that i grabbed it and didn't know what to do, so brought some of this on by my own actions. not all their fault.

Steve was gruff at first, probably like everyone else - swamped with work and understaffed. The last thing he needed was an out-of-towner in a rental car with a problem. But he agreed to put my car on the rack to see what was dragging on the ground as I drove around. It was just the plastic guard underneath and he quickly took it off for me, charging me $40. I was very grateful and happy to pay the $40. Honestly, the reason I chose his shop out of all those listed in Brattleboro was because of a review by a person passing through saying how Steve had helped him out on short notice. I sensed that he was a decent human being who underneath the gruffness, really wanted to be of help to people. I was right, and I'm so grateful for his help this morning.

I had an amazing buying experience. My family have all gottem cars from here. Trinity was the best and made it hassle free for me unlike other dealerships I had been to prior to Summit that were very pushy. If he's still there in a few years I'll be back to see him! I have to reiterate a previous post: There's a reason Alan has had a thriving business for 40 years. He is an honest expert and like someone else said, always would give me the straight scoop on my Saab, --what needed to be done, - what could wait (until I had a bit more cash) etc. I trust him like family and he has never, ever let me down. I would totally drive two hours to have him work on my car, but unfortunatley I'm in Santa Fe now. When I lived in Brattleboro, I bought a car from him and he cared for it for 10 years. Again, trust him completely!

I wish there was an option to select 0 stars. Shop here if your only plan is to get scammed. They lure you in with decent prices then try every illegal way they can to scam you. They scammed me by making a payment to me of 1,600 for a pickup truck via check. When I left the location they called their bank and cancelled their check and blocked me on everything. They knew i didn't have the resources to hire legal help so they took advantage. Please save yourself from these thieves.

I didn't get any work done, because he said that it wasn't worth it based on the age of my car. True honesty! Two other auto body places in Brattleboro were going to let me put over $1,000 in my car in a heartbeat.
