I don't ever really go to a recycling center for car parts, I generally leave that to my husband, the one with the tools and knowledge, but when he was unable to go and I needed to instead, I was helped by this lovely lady named Heather. She was nice, helpful and did it all with a smile on her face. The price was good, so was the customer service. I recommend.

Only yard in town that had what I needed, & more than 1 of them to boot. From what I saw, there's a selection from newer models to classics. Staff was extremely helpful & polite. Not as neat as pick and pull, but what do you expect? It is a junkyard after all. I will call before Pick and Pull it Foss U Pull It any day. UPDATE: Not only a great yard with a vast selection, they are also truly honest. I'm just leaving their yard from picking up my cordless ($400) impact wrench I had forgotten yesterday. Completely Unprofessional!! Howard Mclain has the worst people skills I have ever had to endure for a sales rep. His communication skills and people skills are about as subpar as it gets. I have been a client of M&M and spend approx $10k a month, but I would give them a dime. They will constantly blame you for THIER mistakes. When they are wrong the have no remorse. Wrong parts sent constantly, Poor Attitude, and when you try and reach out to the upper management, Jeff Sours (M&M's C.O.O.) is scared to handle the situation and wants the customer to fix the problems you are having with their company on their own. I guess that's what you get when buying used auto parts!! Buyer beware, They think their used parts are band new in the box and they can never be wrong.

I showed up a little too soon to pick up an engine I ordered through eBay. It can be funny to just show up there, luckily I had been before a few years ago so I had an idea at least. I spoke with an older gentlemen and he had no idea about my eBay order.. but he was able to call Beth up front for me. Though I waited around a little while, Beth was extremely helpful and was able to "rush" the processing and I was able to leave with my engine the same day. They made me feel like they actually cared by saying things like "well the customer is here and waiting" Definitely important because I don't have many week days off to pick up but I learned my lesson if I would've just bought it there instead of eBay I wouldn't have had that problem
