Amazing company, I’ve used them twice now. The first time I used them, it was easy and comfortable. Very accommodating staff; from the initial phone call, to follow up phone calls, to communication with the first driver to communication with the second driver to the final bill. I live in Massachusetts, but we had to clean out a house in Alexandria, VA in November (our first time using Junk King). Such a smooth transaction, and in MA, I use disposal companies a lot. I was blown away. I think I may have even written a positive review, because this kind of service needs to be noticed. I had to go down AGAIN last weekend to finalize the house clean out and the FIRST CALL was to Junk King at 6:30p (past normal business hours). My wife said to call in the morning, but I said, “I bet they answer. I’ve got that feeling”. They did and I had a dumpster scheduled for two days later. I wish they were up here in MA! Name of the business is pick n save. Called in and verified they had the part I need. Drove in and saw the car and indeed they had the part. Stood in line for 20 min just for the guy at the counter to say they don’t allow people to pull parts. He then said he needs 3 days to get to it. Meanwhile the 2 customers in front of me came in for parts that they were going to pull that day. One needed the same part from an accord. The difference is they spoke Spanish and the guy said he’d get to it in a few. The sad part is they didn’t realize I speak Spanish too. Maybe if I asked in Spanish I would of gotten it….
