Uriel was great, showed great patience and was very informative and professional. A better price would be cool. The least favorite part of the transaction was the pickup, it wasn't bad but required 9 hours of waiting. We were asked to choose a morning or afternoon pickup. We picked morning my wife waited at the house restricted.The car was pickup a little after 5 pm after we called customer service at 12:00 and explained someone was waiting. First response was that they have until tomorrow to pickup car. They quickly adjusted and driver arrived just after 5 and was very professional. Thank you.

He said he didn't want to come outside in the sun. I ask him if I could see the mirror before I paid and he told me no. I called earlier to let him know when I would be there thinking that the mirror would be waiting for me. After I paid he said he would bring it to my car and for me to wait in my car but I didn't. I waited by my car and as I waited the guy came outside into the junk yard but he kept looking back as if I was going back inside to rob the place. Eventually he came from the back where the cars were and he was bringing the mirror off of a suv like mines. But he said he didn't want to be in the sun. But he said if it doesn't fit bring it back. WOW
