Staff was GREAT!! Picked up my ups parcel. Bought a few quarts of oil, again, excellent visit :-) :-)Thanks!!
In my one month of employment with the state I have seen two bad alternators and one bad A/C compressor that were delivered from this store. One alternator the main power stud spun freely as if the internals weren't even hooked up. The second bad alternator was unable to charge the system and caused the service charge light to come on. After a thorough and extensive diagnosis it was deemed that the brand new federated alternator was to blame. Just today I had installed an HVAC compressor from Federated and the compressor would not produce any pressure to create the pressure differential need to cool the vehicle. I removed the new compressor and discovered that the internal components are broken. The original compressor on the vehicle had a burnt up compressor engagement clutch which is an external problem so when I requested the parts I only asked for the compressor not the kit that comes with a receiver drier and other related parts that will then give you a warranty for the compressor. The kit costs extra money which I didn't seem necessary due to the fact the original compressor had external problems not internal. Now Federated will not issue and refund or replacement compressor for there faulty compressor right out of the box. All issues have been and will be resolved with genuine OEM parts and I will not request any parts from this store personally or professionally.
