This company tries to put a lien on your car without even sending you an Invoice or contacting you by phone or by any means. We gave our contact info and also insurance company's information but they did not even contact us and they did not contact our insurance company. Without sending any invoice or payment request, they sent a letter to DMV to put a line on our car. Very unprofessional.
