I've been getting parts from Mullins, for more than a decade and I even bought a salvage vehicle from them, which served me well, for years; Moon, the owner is a down to Earth guy, who became a friend, as well; they never disappoint

I Went To Pick N Save Roanoke Yesterday looking for a Working Radio for my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I Found a Radio in a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I Pulled it Out and Took it Home, It Doesn't Work, Only The Clock Works, It FIT Fine .I Also Found an Armrest That I Thought Would Fit, But It Did Not Fit. I'm On Social Security Income Only and I Asked For My Money Back, I Paid Cash. I Was Told I Can ONLY Get Store Credit. How Does This Help Or Be Fair When They No Not Have What I Need? No Matter What I Said, NO Refunds. $45.64 Wasted! Plus The $3.00 Entry Fee! Not a Lot Of Money, But For Me, It Is a Big Burden On Me! They Advertise 100% Customer Satisfaction, But Don't Care About People Like Me. I Will Gladly Change This Review If They Refund My $45.64 , I Have My Receipt and The Parts

Address:2580 Broadway Ave SW, Roanoke, VA (Zipcode: 24014)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedIt's a little confusing if you've never been. You drive onto a scale and there is a loud speaker that will tell you to pull forward. It's hard to hear what they're saying. I just kept driving into the dirt lot until I saw a stop sign in the middle of the scrap yard. Eventually a very friendly guy came over and took a look in the back of my rental truck and directed me to another area. I stayed there for about 10 minutes while they navigated a fork lift to get everything out. I felt like a little kid playing in the dirt! Giant trucks and earth movers everywhere. The most wonderful part of the whole experience was all the giant mountains of shiny silver bales of recycled cans!!! So glittery!!!! He even took the time to explain the process to me. Such a surprisingly fun time dropping off junk! I loved how friendly the whole interaction was!
We had an outstanding experience with Rashad from this company. His exceptional customer service made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. The delivery was prompt, and all the parts fit perfectly. I highly recommend this company! I ordered multiple items prices where reasonable.
Just came back because I remembered this incident and wanted to have a fresh date on this review.....I have been calling several places asking what they're paying for lead acid batteries. Not a single person had a problem answering that simple question...until I Called this place. The guy that answered asked how many batteries I had because it depends. I told him I didn't have any because I'm exploring the option of scraping batteries for money and he said I should wait until I have batteries to check prices...well that doesn't help me because I'm poking around to see if it's even worth my time. So I asked him if I had 50 car batteries right now how much would he pay for them. Instead of answering the very simple question, he said, "it would be a waste of both of our times" if I don't have any batteries right now.... I understand the market changes and could be different from one week to the next, but how hard would it be to just tell me what they're going for right now? "$0.10 per pound with this many batteries"...takes two seconds. I don't understand why people have to have attitudes.
