This business is first-rate! They work hard, they give a very fair price, they went above and beyond in service delivery. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend this company.The job wasn’t easy. A neighbor was severely disabled and unable to throw away trash for five years. The pile of dirty cat litter in the basement was as big as a car. They didn’t complain. They just got right to work. And their rate was extremely fair for the work. Can’t say enough good comments about them. Pure gratitude for them.
Some really nice-looking deals on cars and good prices on parts. However, when we asked to get a car looked at by a shop, either after fully purchasing or with a caveat on the sale that we could return the car if issues were found, the owner both incorrectly described the law on cars and seemed to take it as a personal affront. Seemed like a weird attitude. 🤷♀️ It was also just difficult to be in touch with the decision maker. Understandable that he was stretched and stressed with an influx of inventory, but maybe that points to the need to delegate.

If anyone knows where to get rid of used parts its them. I was unsure of the procedure here, but as I entered I was greeted by someone about what I was hauling, He explained about the scale as there is no attendant near it, just him in the front shack. I was also informed where I needed to unload for the type of scrap I had. After getting my slip from him I proceeded to the front office to get reimbursed for my metal. They request only one person inside at a time, and you need your Drivers License and Vehicle license plate number. Fairly quick and friendly, I had my check and was on my way. Looked like the employees were having a good time, which shows they taken care of and enjoy their time there. I will be back when I get more to haul. Thank you.
I called and was greeted by Sabrina who had an unprofessional tone and behavior immediately and then continuously over the WEEK long process of NCM trying to find a tow truck driver to retrieve my junk vehicle. I was put in touch with an off-site driver after going over what I needed, named Howie, who wouldn't answer phone calls or call back and then sent a long text with unbusinesslike words about how he did not want to do it. Once I was finally put in touch with the only decent person out of 5 I talked to, Dave came swiftly and sweetly to help me move my car. Received a low amount of cash for the vehicle once weighed. Will not be using these services again.

My deceased uncle gave me his Levi's vest with all sorts of patches from my great grandfather's military career, and my grandfather's military career. As well as some biker patches my uncle added. The employees would not let me at least get the one item out of the vehicle. They would not take the signed title, or bill of sale with my name on it as proof and I ended up losing a major part of my family's past. Absolute worst type of people. I said they could keep the $1500 worth of tools in the tool box, I had 4 cans of fresh chew in the glove box many of new parts on the vehicle. All I wanted was an old vest. They refused to give me the vest behind the seat in the single cab. These people have no care. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.
