After trying several waays to call in and talk to a person I was initially only given one option...to provide info for a health monitor device. in hindsight I could probably use that device to monitor my blood pressure when I FINALLY did get a person on the phone. By that time I had heard the "hold" recording about 50 times telling me how LKQ was one stop shopping place for truck parts. I had been on hold for 30 minutes. He asked me if I had an account. I said I was from Terex, a worldwide brand. He told me I didn't have account. I told him I was interested in finding a part for a "truck down critical" and that an account could be established if the part was available. He said he couldn't help me. I told him I was listening to the recorded message while being on hold. He basically told the message was a lie.
Not very friendly at all!
