We called a few places to have our hot tub removed, and we felt most comfortable with the flat rate we got from Bellingham Junk Removal. They booked a date about a week later, showed up this morning right on time! Less than 3 hours later, they left our driveway, and our deck and yard are cleaner than I've ever seen them. My tow truck driver was awesome. Lots of respect for the hard working people out in the field.My problem is with the office. I got a flat tire 1 mile away from my house. I could've waited in the comfort of my home if they were honest about my drivers estimated time of arrival. I called at noon, and the driver didn't arrive until 6 pm. Every time I called, the office said the driver was less than an hour away. The office kept vaguely blaming "traffic". I have never been stuck in traffic for 6 hours.They lied to me and wasted my whole day. I was supposed to work today, and I spent the day waiting in a parking lot 1 mile away from my desk.Service: Car towing

The friendliness and trust that NW Recycling responded with for our community project to build a Tiny House for a local Vietnam Veteran was one of the first amazing shows of support we had to begin & finish a home for Victor (which will serve other veterans as well in the future) . Every time I reached out to Chad to see if another month of shipping container use would be okay, there was nothing but assurance that they were on our team til the end. This was truly unexpected, amazing & of course helpful for holding building supplies and tools. I only worked there a few weeks and as a place for a first job, it wasn't that bad. The people are caring and supportive, and are willing to work with their employees to help keep people happy. Any complaints I have are centered around myself and my unique situation, which should not reflect on these people. They are willing to adjust your hours to fit your needs, provide equipment such as back-braces and gloves, and more. One of the most impressive services they provide is taking in suggestions and adding accommodations to improve the comfort and convenience.With all these positives I must admit this though: This place works like an assembly line. That means you must try to keep up your part in order to progress. You may get lucky with something simple like cleaning threads and ports, but some jobs demand high-levels of multi-tasking to maintain workflow. Not all of them can have their time taken with. I'd imagine most of these jobs require fast-paced effort over a total of 7 hours non-continuously. If you are unable to meet these types of demands, either wait for the right position to open, talk over it with the employers, or look elsewhere.

Of all the places I have lived, Hating my garbage company has never been an issue until recently. We received a little love note from our driver advising us to leave our cardboard on the ground in the alley. They no longer want it in the provided plastic container. Absolutely, ridiculous to leave garbage on the ground... We DO live in WA for crying out loud. Have fun picking up wet boxes.... Thank goodness we are moving next month!
