They assisted me, I had to be a little patient with them, they honored their small cash discount posted inside on the wall. Over all cool guys to deal with, keep in mind this isn’t Walmart and parts aren’t pulled until payment. How you treat them is how they will treat you. I am happy to have a new tailgate after crunching mine at work, I traveled 2 hours to them and would do it again. I can post pictures later. Thank you AR1
