Thanks to Action Towing & Storage tonight! James, you help out a family that was stuck on the side of the highway and was able to get us and our Jeep (alternator went out) back home. Going through a list of different tow truck companies and not a single one being able to help, you guys pulled through to help us out just before it got too dark. GREAT customer service. I didn't actually get to buy anything from them. I live in Tacoma and needed a trunk lid and they thought they had it. Turns out the trunk lid they had was busted due to a wreck and they called me ASAP to inform me so i didn't waste my time driving 3 hours. THANK YOU!

I wanted to give them a good rating to offset some others, but I couldn't. I had 34 lb of aluminum cans that somehow weighed 26 on their scale. They had numerous demands for masks but none of their employees had them. They kept my cans and didn't pay me because my driver's license was expired 4 days (and had 12 other cards in my wallet with ID's). This was after they wrote down my license plate number. Do you think this should be higher than a 1?
