Was in an accident last night unfortunately, and while it’s never a good thing 2 guys towing definitely made my night a little better. William got there pretty quick considering the road conditions which was a nice change since I had been told it would be hours until someone got there because there were so many wrecks at that time. He was very professional but at the same time he joked around, made good conversation, and made the situation just a little better. I had told him I didn’t care about getting more damage on the car but he took great care with loading, unloading, and helping guide me into a parking spot at the hotel. I had called a hotel down the road to stay at because we were over an hour from home, but he also recommended a way better one and was able to get my girlfriend and I there with no problems. Grateful for the experience, and amazed with the quality of work and everything from William! Highly recommend this company!Service: Car towing

I ended up walking away. I understand, as a business owner myself, that there are rough days, but this guy didn't let up. I don't recommend this place for service work. This is the first review I've given on Google thats less than 4 stars... im not that kind of person...but this experience was discouraging and I want to save others from it.

Perfect Jeep buying experience, the salesman Matt McGee was very knowledgeable and honest about the process. Matt worked well with our trade in and made the selection process seem less. The financial manager friendly and explained everything perfectly. Tommy Blankenship explained all features of my Jeep perfectly, and also helped set up my Jeep apps very throughly. I literally had zero questions at the end of the sale and when I took delivery of the jeep, I felt as if I was just as knowledgeable as these great salesmen. The vehicle was in showroom condition, and they even filled it up for me. I would definitely recommend sheets Chrysler dodge jeep for anyone’s jeep purchase. 10/10 experience! Perfect!

Terrible customer service! They claim they mailed coupon booklet to us. We never received. Had no idea when bill was due. Checked with our post office and they said never received it.so we called them to ask. They said we missed payment and we told them we never got the coupon booklet they said it was our fault because they mailed it. They won’t take payment over phone and if you want to pay online they go through a 3rd party that takes 7-9business days to receive payment from. My husband immediately went to pay the bill but they won’t come pick up trash until next week. Pretty poor in my opinion since we called about not receiving a bill/booklet. Receptionist is a joke and so is her superior. Absolutely horrible customer service!
No questions ask & replaced battery.
Could have not been more pleasant to deal with than what it was the man went out of his way to help me and friendly can not will not get better
