Cause now I get the feeling that you was just holding down the lines to wait for help because you may have been the only one there. your service and hold times due to that or whatever the reason was was pathetic. and one guy that works there that I ordered a part from. And took 25 minutes with him on the phone to figure out how to even get the order ready that I ordered only to call back go through the hold times with that lady and than to get him all of a sudden, surprise for him to tell me that the order didnt go through when I thought it did and he told me it did? waiting like an idiot due to his mishap of ignorance. kinda figured there was something wrong why I called back after 3 days of him not placing a call back to let me know what the problem was he had my number. so lets see you get a problem here due to their professionalism of handling calls and orders. and when you call back they sure know how to make it all crumble up like crap. complete amateurs if anyone feels that that my comment is going to far with this company I find it very frustrating that I needed my part and couldn't get it with their high caliber perfect employees BS.”
