    I like their open set up the only dislike was I had my wife call about the fender for my car they had one so I told them I would be there Friday to get it.. when I showed up it still needed to be pulled and I was in a huge hurry as I had other places to make it before 5 when lots of stores close. Anyway they had it off and ready for me when I returned and it was super cheap. I always recommend people here when they need used parts. They are really busy people though so I get why stuff doesn't get pulled you never know who is going to show up for the parts and who's not. And if your there your going to buy it

    I purchased headlights from Pickup City and they were shipped quickly and in excellent condition. The owner went out of his way to expedite shipping for me! I definitely recommend them for all your used auto part needs.

    Terrible service I'm going to actively avoid ordering from this yard again. Charlie gave me a price shipped I thought it was low, so I asked him again he doubled down on that price. After 3 days he gives me a whole new price 300 dollars higher. I tell him I sold it to my customer according to the price he gave me, and he says "sorry that's the best i can do" I'm days behind schedule on a part that's expected by my customer. Thanks for putting me in a rock and a hard place!

    They will lie and cheat you to make a buck and are price gouging everyone for used junk. I'd suggest driving an extra 30 minutes to save a couple hundred bucks because this place is as crooked as they come.

    Would leave zero starts if I could, the staff is very rude and the manager is worse, salesman sent the wrong part and then wouldn't issue a refund for their mistake. Do better.

    Rude staff. “How can I help you?” Is not in their vocabulary. Part I needed was listed online, but when I asked about it I was told it was still in the vehicle. The employee asked someone on the radio to pull the part. That was the end of the conversation. I waited around 10 minutes, watched a dog urinate on the waiting room floor, and left, fully willing to pay full price for the brand new part I needed. This was my second experience with this shop. My first was similar (minus the dog urine), but I at least got the part I needed.

    Don't get any electronic parts from here. Get hard parts with no electronics, that should be ok. Interior parts could be ok maybe. Things to consider before you buy: Customer service principles are not quite there. They know nothing about car electronics, they just sell parts and won't pay attention to notes. They don't care if the part doesn't work, they replace it or refund it and it's your problem. If you're refunding, it's "their part" even before they give you the money back. They can bounce you from person to person about 3 or 4 times if you ever have any issues until they find your seller. Why I have plenty of experience with them: They missed a piece of my module when I ordered. Took an extra shipment to get my part fully tested and it was the wrong one. Two independent mechanics told me the parts were not matching, but this place insists the parts came from the same car and got defensive and upset about it. After losing money on car rentals thanks to waiting for them to ship the second part and losing money to the mechanic for unnecessary labor, they want me to pay out of pocket to send them the parts back. -"Fine, but I want a full refund for the disservice this whole deal has been" -"Not from us" said the guy laughing. -"I've lost 400+ due to this problem" -"that's not my problem" said the guy upset ~~do remember they sent the WRONG PART. LATE~~ which makes them responsible to clean up after themselves. I was even thinking of sending them my parts because I have no use for them. But shipping + partial refund (after the verify they get the parts back) leaves me with a net money loss. They are a black and white, take it or leave it place. They will not refund any shipping if you are buying from out of state. "Why would anyone but out of state?" You ask, because the part is hard to find and I trusted them to be professional about it.

    If I could rate a Zero I would!!!! Drove 45min to sell them rims even though hey were only going to give 10.00 each. When I got there they asked the manager and he said... “Yea, I don’t think we’re interested” They were brand new still in the box. I bought them off line. They were the wrong size for my car and I couldn’t send them back!” I can’t believe I drove that far for them to say “not interested” When originally I was told they bought them. What a Waste if TIME!!! I will never be back nor will any of my friends or family!

    I normally don't do this...ever but I am really disappointed in Pickup City. They were extremely rude and won't honor prices, that we saw online. They said "that was a mixup." Then they said "well do you want the door or not?" The only reason we did get the door was because we had to. I have worked retail, so I dont fly off the hinge, but this frustrated me. And it wasn't like that before when I had to get something from there in 2010. If you absolutely need something, go there, however don't expect a warm welcome or a decent price. I feel like what we paid for what we got wasn't right.

    This place is a joke. The manager and sales person lied and said a sway bar would take 3 days to remove after they had my boyfriend wait an hour after pretending they were removing it. They said it was to dangerous to remove the part outside. I am a 120 lb woman and I removed the same sway bar off my car myself outside in 35 degrees. The truth is another customer walked in after we paid and the parts he ordered cost a lot more so they decided to tend to him first. My last visit at this place I came to pay for a part after calling and they lied and said they had it in stock. After waiting an hour they told me they had to order it. And oh by the way the used part they were selling me for 65 plus tax is sold brand new on eBay for 70 with free shipping. Won't be shopping here ever.

    Bought some parts for my SUV. Parts delivered when promised. Price was right. Would definetly go back for parts in the future. There was one part I didn't need. Returned it and got my money back.No problem.

    I am very dissapointed. We saw a price online and when we went to the store, they claimed that it was a mistake and they were very rude. I had to get the parts as I had already travelled all the way and I needed to fix my car ASAP

    I'm really diappointed it took three tries and 3 weeks to get the right motet for my car and my son had to pick it up and delever it to the gagage after spiking to them each time I was assured it was the right one it turned out to to be the next Moyer cost $100.00 because they had to order it so I paid a hundreds for their mistake and it was still the wrong one each time they blamed us or the mechanic after being given the bin nimber for my car three time , I think I will spend my money some where else and not have the headache .
