But could not loan me any hand tool to fix it on the spot. I just needed to remove my gas cap when the other was damaged. And they couldn't help either. They're not allowed to help any more. I am not strong enough to take a broken locked gas cap off.. But I figured big guy could. Easily. But he wasn't allowed to help me. So I returned the part after I found someone I could get to help me before I ran out of gas. But they were nice.
Great and very helpful staff. If it wasn't so far from home (45min) this would be our go-to for auto care!!

It was as if providing a tow was really putting them out. Like they were incensed that we would dare mess up their evening to tow our disabled vehicle. We find out later that the way they towed us caused damage. Our mechanic showed us exactly how/what they did. Have no idea if that area has any other roadside assistance/towing companies, but please do your self a favor and use anybody but these incompetent people.
Napa is always the best but this napa is the best I've ever been to good people and they will help you find any part you need
