This is a most remarkable business. Dave always takes care of his customers with a personal commitment and dedication to fine service. The cars are always clean and in good running order and Dave does not try to milk extra money out of his customers but treats them as he would like to be treated. His word is golden and his dedication to the country and to God is above reproach. I always feel comfortable and at ease when renting from Dave and know that he will always have my back. My son left an item in one of the cars we had rented and Dave went out of his way to find it and personally return it. I only wish that more businesses were run as Dave runs his business.

We are pretty new to the area, and needed a second car for my wife’s work. We called ahead of time, but ended up coming in a day early to look at the car. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Roger who had all our info ready and basically said we could take as much time as we needed to look at/test drive the car. When we got back, Roger was so helpful in informing us about different things and moving the process along. And even though our credit company took quite a few hours to sort things out, Roger waited with us every second (we talked and laughed a bunch) AND he found ways to help out anyone else who walked through the door in the meantime. He also agreed on a very affordable price for the car itself. Not only is Hershman a great used car dealership, but the people who work there are even more awesome!! Thank you Roger and Scott!!😁

Much smaller store than I'm used to but they seem to have most things in stock. Excellent customer service, friendly. Unfortunately I need to exchange the item (wasn't sure the size I needed and no one offered to look it up) so we'll see how smooth that goes.

had to retunr some parts had bought because they were wrong. got right part ordered but told had return parts across town because thats wheer i bought them. i dont know why had to do that when i could have done it there but had go out of my way to return parts.
