Great experience John was very knowledgeable and worked with me. His quality grading was beyond fair. Prices were slightly below average.

First time I was there was yesterday. I was led through everything I needed to do. Everyone from the women I first talked to . To the person that weighed my stuff to the cashier who patiently showed me how to do the payment machine , were absolutely wonderful. Keep up the fantastic work. Everyone I dealt with was top notch and this company should be very proud to have such pleasant, competent workers. Great experience. Nice people. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend to friends. . Thank you for the wonderful experience. Made my day.

Have had my vehicle repaired there for a couple different issues, and I have no complaints! They don't repair unnecessary things, very good work, and not pricey!

The man who answered asked a few questions and made offer. Said to text the next day for pickup so I did. Was told couldn't pick up because it was raining. I said no problem, would contact when weather improved. Texted again, twice and got ghosted. Really unprofessional, if you didn't want the vehicle grow a pair and say so. Quit wasting my time.

Grandpa John’s is by far my favorite place to go for used parts . I’ve always been treated fairly, and I think that the yard is set up very well for you to find the car you need to pull the parts off of. I always have an adventure when I go. Very reasonable prices too!

After talking with the sales rep, i will go buy my parts else where and recommend all my friends and family to not go there. The rep was not very friendly. She was straight to point in an annoyed tone in her voice. I've been a customer service manager for more than 10+ years and that was horrible service. I don't care if they have the parts or not or even the best peice by a mile. I would rather travel further and spend more than talk to someone again who sound like they dont even want to be bothered.

Guy had exactly what I needed and for a great price. I was warned about how he may be hard to get along with but i never got that from him. I was respectful and patient and he was too. Great experience and ill be going back for sure.

This is my new go-to for auto parts. I’ve purchased multiple parts from them and they come in a timely manner and perfect condition every time. Super easy to work with customer report. If I could give a 6/5 stars I would…

My husband recently ordered a truck part from Bay Auto Parts and made an 8 hour round trip to pick it up. Unfortunately, the part ended up not fitting our particular truck which left my husband pretty frustrated at the situation/miscommunication. We were refunded our money after shipping the part back to Green Bay, and Jim at Bay Auto Parts showed himself to be a man of integrity when he agreed to help us with part of our fuel/shipping expenses. He stood by his word, and we couldn't have asked for better a customer service experience! Thank you!

I called asking if they had any passenger side mirrors that would work for a cargo van, and they asked for the usual things: make, model, and year. I informed the man on the phone that it wasn't necessary as I was just going to be replacing it again once I got back to Knoxville TN, but he cut me off mid-sentence with a rather rude tone repeating the questions: "Year??? Make??? Model???"As long as that is how people are treated over the phone who are just asking a simple question, I will NOT be recommending them to ANYONE in the future.
Me and my dad have been here a few times. The junkyard is MASSIVE. And the worker we talked to knew where every single thing they had was I swear. It’s land in the junkyard can be rough a bit. But it honestly makes the junkyard aesthetic feel much more natural and just grizzly and rough in a good way.Even looking at all the trucks and stuff you don’t need is awesome enough. It’s well organized for the most part and they aren’t to expensive. You get to walk around unassisted too if you feel like it (which me and my dad do mostly). The place just had that good junkyard Greasemonkey gear head vibes.
I like to support small family run business. Owner is behind the counter. I have been bringing my scrap here for over 35 years.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Had a damaged residential container due to improper pick up. Was told it would be picked up and replaced. That never happened. Called multiple times and consistently got disconnected after being put on hold as well being passed back and fourth between Advanced Disposal and Waste Management. Most recent call was over an 50 minutes and the problem was not resolved.
