Absolutely abysmal shopping experience with Vintage Parts Inc. The steering column cover I purchased was supposedly matched to my truck by VIN. The part arrives and it's not even close. It was for a truck from the 1970's or 1980's! My truck is from 1999. Then, to add insult to injury, I have to pay return shipping (although the retailer made the error when referencing my part by VIN), they insist on a two-week return time (which costs $25) and take a 25% restocking fee. Terrible retailer. BUYER BEWARE! SHOP ELSEWHERE! DO NOT SHOP HERE.UPDATE: Vintage Parts Inc. has reached out to me regarding their return policy. Accordingly, since the wrong part was shipped to me after being matching to my truck by VIN, I am not responsible for the restocking or return shipping charges. I'll keep you posted on the outcome of this issue.UPDATE: After this taxing ordeal, Vintage Parts has made me whole by reimbursing me all fees paid.
