Terrible service! Calls are never answered!!! You have to try calling all day to get a hold of someone. Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. If you want a place that provides good service and communication, please go somewhere else. This is NOT the place to get your parts from. I've heard from friends that most times they get bad parts from there anyways, so save yourself the time and money. I only gave it the one star because I couldn't post it without it.

I will never go there again. Because they damaged my vehicle and told me that They are not responsible for any of the damages and i brought my own vehicle at my own risk and that I shouldnt have brought a nice vehicle there and wasnt going to pay for none of the damages They treated me like they did not care about what they did and just walk away. everything could of been easily avoided if the guy would just ask for help but thinking he could pull out a 400 pound piece of metal out by himself.

"Safety first!" Helpful employees. Excellent recycling company! You are paid fair prices. A debit card is issued to you by the company, for a small fee, and your money is added to that card each visit you recycle for money. (this is the reason 4 and not 5 stars was given) .

I called ahead and order the part and it was waiting for me. They are remodeling the building, so you have to look for the customers entrance sign. Small parking lot, because of the remodeling. Customers service was great. The part came fast, and they called me right away.
So apparently 2.5 ton steel scrap is worth $75 😂
Called in to check about Earth day recycling, man who answered the phone (I assume the owner, the way he talked) has big issues with people who wait for earth day recycling to maybe get more bang for your buck. I listened to him basically rant for over 2 minutes and I only asked what day they did there earth day recycling. Very unprofessional for running a business for somebody only calling in with a question. He could have just said we do not do that here. But I will make sure to never go here or ever call there again to just get yelled at and made to feel like I'm doing something wrong for no reason.
