The website policy says 30 days to return parts that weren't installed or tampered with at a 25% restocking fee so long as it wasn't special order. On the phone they told me they won't take parts back unless it's defective when I got it and I would then get store credit at best. Clearly they need to read their own policies online. After bringing up the online policy i was then told the sales reps get paid on commission and thus don't want a return on their hands. I get it, but it's you own company policy.

When we asked for a replacement, they said we would have to pay the shipping fee! Me and the guy i worked with called the store 10 minutes ago again. They didn’t take the responsibility. The sales guy transferred us to the owner and owner didn’t replied. Sent us to the voicemail. They are not professional at all in their work.
