Address:5524-D County Hwy, Madison, WI (Zipcode: 53704)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI called inquiring about junking my car due to the motor failing. The car had very low miles almost everything was new on the car less than 70,000 miles on the vehicle total. They gave me a price for the car vehicle over the phone appearing slightly higher than competing junkers to make it SEEM like you will get more. We scheduled a pickup for 1:00p.m. 25 min before we were supposed to meet up I was told it was going to be an additional 45 min to an hour. On top of making me wait an additional 30 minutes on our scheduled pickup he offers me nearly half of agreed price due to “mold” and “aftermarket catalytic converter.” The gentleman DID NOT look under the car to check the converters too see if they were aftermarket. the mold was a milkshake. After turning down multiple buyers in the same ball park it seemed like a good deal unfortunately the reviews do this business justice they offer high to make it seem like a good deal then low ball you when your vulnerable. Deal with someone honest.

Address:4400 Sycamore Ave, Madison, WI (Zipcode: 53714)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedIt's a bit further for me to drive, but it sure beats getting cheated at another place in town. Fair prices, a bit busy sometimes but that alone says it's a reputable business. We all have good and bad days so I don't take it personal if the help isn't as friendly as usual......overall more good then bad days there.

Address:2121 Fish Hatchery Rd, Madison, WI (Zipcode: 53713)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedWe had a miscommunication at first and I had a part that was difficult because manufacturer numbers and codes are wrong. They were willing to work with me and help me find what I needed in spite of my frustrated negativity. Thank you very much for your professionalism
Got a fine price from them but holy crap their customer service must be contracted to a daycare center. Legit the stupidest, most useless individuals I’ve had to work with in recent memory. Told me my title was signed in the wrong places and I had to fight with them for them to rereview and then say the original version was correct. They call you and then immediately put you on hold to do something that easily could have been done before they called you. In fact, I’m on hold with them right now! Just go with a different company unless they’re offering you the most by a significant margin.

Address:7203 Femrite Dr, Madison, WI (Zipcode: 53718)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedThey charged me $300 to fix my carburetor, they called me and said they couldn’t fix it and if I didn’t want to pay the 300$ they would keep my scooter. I picked up my scooter immediately and I pointed out MANY screws missing, plastic parts on my handlebars were broken , I complained right on the spot and they zip tied the part back together. What really got me was the mechanic asked me if I knew what part was leaking. I’ve kept my scooter in the garage ever since and I won’t get it fixed up til I find a competent shop

Address:5922 Odana Rd, Madison, WI (Zipcode: 53719)Phone:Open hours:Open from 07:30 am to 18:00 pmStatus:ClosedTo be fair, I have always turned to we Weaver auto parts for what I need for my car or truck. Always welcomed the small business feel and the friendly, competent service. In the last three weeks, however, I have been in there twice and each time there were have been employees without masks. When I asked why they are not wearing masks, The gentleman said “I have sinus problems.....and so does she” referring to the woman employee without a mask.I’m gonna call BS on this one! “Sinus problems” is a thinly veiled way of saying, “I just don’t care enough about you to inconvenience myself.” That’s the last time I will shop at Weaver on Odana Road.Sad
I bought a car from Casey a few months ago. The only reason I bought this car was because Casey and Corey told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this car except for the tire sensor.. Corey said the engine was completely rebuilt.. everything looked good new tires etc. The next day after purchasing the vehicle I started to hear a clicking noise. Brought it in. They said it was the control arm and took care of it ... Couple days later the engine light came on.. the O2 sensor needed to be changed so I had it taken care of. About two weeks after that the car started over heating omw home from work . Called American auto as soon as I got home because there was alot of oil in tje resvoir tank. The head gasket was blown. George said to bring it in and they would take care of it. The next day I went in to pick up a loaner car as George told me to. Casey didn't seemed to please. Gave me a car and I was omw. Couple weeks later they gave us a call told us our car was ready. My husband asked for some kind of receipt or something saying the work was done, for our records...Casey raised his voice at my husband Scott and they started to have words. Scott kept asking to speak with George the owner and Casey kept telling him no.. Scott. Just wanted to speak with George and Casey wasn't having it. They both walked outside and continued to scare at each other, a police officer down the road heard them yelling and had to pull in to the shop to calm things down.. Scott was so upset that he ended up walking home. I stayed to speak with Casey about the car. He told me to bring it in for a flush at the end of the week. When I came back Friday Casey looked at the car said he thinks the engine is cracked and that they are going to replace it. I was very happy to hear that they were going to fixed the vehicle. Casey gave me a loaner and that was that. About a month later they called us to pick up the Cobalt ... The engine was replaced and everything seemed to be good. I have not spoken with them since they replaced the engine.. but about a week later after picking up our car the engine light came on. Two weeks later we notice the tires were bald one having no tread at all!! That same day the tire blew out. I put on the spare. The very next day I had another blow out had to call a close friend named paul who was there with me when I bought the car.. two days later the third tire blew out I have pictures of all three tires and will try to post them after the im finished writing the review. These tires were shredded. And it wasn't just a coincidence, because the tires lookes brand new when I purchased the vehicle. I took it in to Firestone to get an alignment and to check on a noise the car was making they gavee me a list of things wrong with the vehicle.. the back springs are broken, the tire bearing was bad , the shocks, and the second control arm. They said if I hadn't brought the car in that one of the tires was about to fall off!!!! I thought I had found a new mechanic when I first bought this Cobalt from AA...Casey and Corey both seed liked really nice, honest guys but after everything I've been thru with this car I feel like I got ripped off and will never go back to this place. I will be adding more pics of the tires after the blow out... as they are on Scott's phone.
Very bad service just one person go with customer to check the car and other customers should stay hours to get in The get good fee for every car we bought And we also have other octane cars to go on time This not fair to waste all day waiting to check car If they scared for stealing anything from car can put a camera and save thy time and us
