The staff was highly pleasant and willing to help us with anything that we needed. Their prices were more than reasonable and I'm excited to go again someday!
Sad to see my car go, but they made the process so easy and I couldn’t be more thankful! They were able to pick it up next day for me. Marty was so helpful and kind - he even helped me get my license plates off! He went above and beyond and left me laughing and with a smile on my face. I will definitely use All Metals recycling with any future needs!
Awesome service, highly recommend!Called to schedule and they were able to get me in an hour later. They kept me up to date with text and a phone call to let me know their eta and arrived on time. The car was in a tough spot that another tow company refused to do. Guy was very professional and quick to get the job done. I was impressed! If I ever have a need again I will be using them without question.
I worked with Zack and he was up front and professional. Answered all my questions without hesitation and made me feel comfortable doing business. I didn't have much time and he adapted to my needs without any questions. Highly recommend.

I have been here a few times and people are helpful. They changed how they arranged the weigh in and pay out lines, you no longer wait on the left and go right for payment. Both lines are to the right now (which I didn’t notice and walked up like usual and accidentally skipped a few people, sorry!) A bit crowded as usual but service is polite and organized per usual. They just weigh in bulk, not separating the steel from aluminum etc but I am more interested in my metals being used again vs the money so I don’t care.

The whole crew at Precision is outstanding! I called them asking if they would move my toolbox from work to home and pick up a junk car from my home. They had me scheduled and kept in constant communication. The price was more than reasonable and they took great care of my toolbox bringing it home without a scratch! I cannot reccomend this company enough!

Car was towed by Schmidt’s Auto, hired by the city of Madison, and the oil pan of my car was cracked due to lifting the car too high and left on the side of the street with all of the oil leaking out of the car. I waited for 4 hours for someone from Schmidt’s to come look at it with no updates from him that there would be a delay. I ended up having to have it towed to the dealership by Finish line auto, due to Schmidt’s never calling me back, who were extremely helpful and informed me how the damage was caused.Service: Car towing

By far the best place in Madison to get your car work done. I've been to a couple places around Madison but have not felt the genuine service, and care that the staff at Schimidt's has. We went to Schmidt's after a reoccurring problem with my husband's car that several other auto places failed to address. It now runs great. They also will help you find parts for reasonable costs rather than giving you sticker shock, and they tell you how it is! No bullshi#.Manuel GENUINELY cares about his customers, and he's the best mechanic in Wisconsin. Linda works her butt of for you as well. They'll give you a ride to work to boot (within reason)!

Called the number given after submitting my vehicle information with the reference number the website had supplied. They sent me to 2 different representatives who had no idea what reference number I was giving them. In the end the last representative told me he would give me a return call right away and I never received that call.Ended up going with PEDDLER.COM and the transaction was super easy and done around my schedule.

To be fair, I have always turned to we Weaver auto parts for what I need for my car or truck. Always welcomed the small business feel and the friendly, competent service. In the last three weeks, however, I have been in there twice and each time there were have been employees without masks. When I asked why they are not wearing masks, The gentleman said “I have sinus problems.....and so does she” referring to the woman employee without a mask.I’m gonna call BS on this one! “Sinus problems” is a thinly veiled way of saying, “I just don’t care enough about you to inconvenience myself.” That’s the last time I will shop at Weaver on Odana Road.Sad
I bought a car from Casey a few months ago. The only reason I bought this car was because Casey and Corey told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this car except for the tire sensor.. Corey said the engine was completely rebuilt.. everything looked good new tires etc.The next day after purchasing the vehicle I started to hear a clicking noise. Brought it in. They said it was the control arm and took care of it ... Couple days later the engine light came on.. the O2 sensor needed to be changed so I had it taken care of. About two weeks after that the car started over heating omw home from work . Called American auto as soon as I got home because there was alot of oil in tje resvoir tank. The head gasket was blown. George said to bring it in and they would take care of it. The next day I went in to pick up a loaner car as George told me to. Casey didn't seemed to please. Gave me a car and I was omw. Couple weeks later they gave us a call told us our car was ready. My husband asked for some kind of receipt or something saying the work was done, for our records...Casey raised his voice at my husband Scott and they started to have words. Scott kept asking to speak with George the owner and Casey kept telling him no.. Scott. Just wanted to speak with George and Casey wasn't having it. They both walked outside and continued to scare at each other, a police officer down the road heard them yelling and had to pull in to the shop to calm things down.. Scott was so upset that he ended up walking home. I stayed to speak with Casey about the car. He told me to bring it in for a flush at the end of the week. When I came back Friday Casey looked at the car said he thinks the engine is cracked and that they are going to replace it. I was very happy to hear that they were going to fixed the vehicle. Casey gave me a loaner and that was that.About a month later they called us to pick up the Cobalt ... The engine was replaced and everything seemed to be good. I have not spoken with them since they replaced the engine.. but about a week later after picking up our car the engine light came on. Two weeks later we notice the tires were bald one having no tread at all!! That same day the tire blew out. I put on the spare. The very next day I had another blow out had to call a close friend named paul who was there with me when I bought the car.. two days later the third tire blew out I have pictures of all three tires and will try to post them after the im finished writing the review. These tires were shredded. And it wasn't just a coincidence, because the tires lookes brand new when I purchased the vehicle. I took it in to Firestone to get an alignment and to check on a noise the car was making they gavee me a list of things wrong with the vehicle.. the back springs are broken, the tire bearing was bad , the shocks, and the second control arm. They said if I hadn't brought the car in that one of the tires was about to fall off!!!! I thought I had found a new mechanic when I first bought this Cobalt from AA...Casey and Corey both seed liked really nice, honest guys but after everything I've been thru with this car I feel like I got ripped off and will never go back to this place.I will be adding more pics of the tires after the blow out... as they are on Scott's phone.

I would say it is a highly questionable place. Continues to post auctions of vehicles that are NOT going to be in auction. Months go by and nothing changes. They say waiting on DMV, but they don't take 6 months to clear. High fees and no results. Desk people don't care to help, busy doing other things. Corporate Copart does not care. Go some where else.
