He even helped us connect with Precision Towing, who had a driver on-site within 15 minutes. Enter King—yes, that’s really his name—and he absolutely lived up to it! He managed to tow both our van and our pontoon in one trip. Incredibly skilled, professional, and just a great person to chat with during the ride. He first dropped off the pontoon, then delivered the van to a second location without a hitch. Honestly, the best outcome we could have hoped for in a frustrating situation. Huge thanks to King, our late-night hero. 5 stars y'all!

The only reason they get two stars is because of the selection of parts they have. I genuinely think they have plenty to offer. I wasn’t able to find many of the parts I needed, but the parts were relatively uncommon. However, the reason for the poor review was the service and the cost. Thought that I could get some cheap parts and avoid having to wait for items from eBay, but they were going to charge me double what I could’ve gotten of eBay brand new. When I mentioned this to one of the guys there he took the parts out of my hands and told me to leave before I could even finish my sentence. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I recommend anyone else to find somewhere else and only use this place in a last case scenario.
I have had great experiences with American Auto. I think they provide a great value on not only their products but prices as well. I have become a firm believer in the value of buying "used" tires. The quality and value they represent can literally save you hundreds of dollars If you are in need of tires. They carry a wide range of brands, types and sizes. I have always found them to be fair and honest. I have recommended them to both family and friends who have also had good experiences.
I would say it is a highly questionable place. Continues to post auctions of vehicles that are NOT going to be in auction. Months go by and nothing changes. They say waiting on DMV, but they don't take 6 months to clear. High fees and no results. Desk people don't care to help, busy doing other things. Corporate Copart does not care. Go some where else.
