We have a recycle and a trash dumpster here at our business. For the most part the service has been as quoted and has been fairly timely. HOWEVER last week I was plowing the snow from our lot. I parked the plow truck by the rear man door, to deactivate the alarm. As I walked into the shop the recycle truck pulled in, and pulled back out. When I called I was told that the dumpster was blocked... And it would be next week when they would return.... a month since last pick up... I explained that I was just inside the door, and was back out as the truck was still in the lot. The lady said "drivers do not get out of the truck, and look for people to move a vehicle".. Guess what... NO NEED to EVER look here again, we will find a new provider,,, porr service and poor customer retention policy...
