They sold me a bad part and when I returned it immediately they said they could not give me my money back. They gave me the runaround every time I went.I made 5 trips to A1 before I ever got my money back then I was shorted $70.The paper you sign when you pick up the part says there is a 20% restocking fee but it also says the part you pick up is in good working condition. The transmission we got did not work.

Went to get an air compressor for my truck and they told me that if it didn't work that I could bring him back and I would get my money back. I went back to get my money back and the guy named Julio said that it's a 20% restocking fee and that he couldn't give me my money worst customer service ever they can just keep the 81 dollars. Hopefully that money will last them forever

Went for an oil pan and the one they sold me is worse than the one I have. They told me I could bring it back and get my money back. I come back 2 days later and they say no refunds they'll give me store credit. Like I want store credit when their parts are worse than what I've got already. Crooks and Liars.

This IS NOT a Pick-N-Pull. Their sign says it. They told me it was a self service yard over the phone. When you show up, they tell you they are a full service yard. Wish I could cuss them out in spanish :(
