Reached out to Kimberly on Facebook for some parts on the del sol. Was able to get a very good deal from Kimberly and Gary on the floor mats. When I arrive to pick up the item, they already have the items on the front desk. I was surprised that they have 3 honda del sol in their yard. I ask for price for a few other parts but couldn't close it with Gary. Gary is an old, salty, straight shooter while Kimberly is gentle and soft spoken. Definitely, will do business again!

I agree on the need for better customer service & call me judgemental but All American must be the vehicles. I'd called prior to my visit & was told, "Yes, we've got that!" Like he had the dash piece right in front of him. I made my way there & was immediately pointed to the yard - large but nothing like my truck. I walked back, feeling defeated, to the front office. I was sort of shrugged off, but as I stumbled through the office, I actually found what I needed, under a bunch of stereos, oddly. It was only a little less than the dealer, but came with some switches I didn't have, so I tried to buy it. Cash Only. I went back with cash on Monday & got it. It wasn't unlike most salvage yards, just felt unwelcome there...

They sale used old parts more then you can buy them brand new... even on there eBay store... before buying anything from them... be sure to price the parts out new... no sense of buying a used part someone beat on when you can buy them cheaper brand new! Owner wrote a reply saying his price was fair🤣 ... again beware and price check... why would I purchase a used item more then it cost new...... !!!@

Reached out to Express Auto Parts via car-part.com's chat feature and was quickly messaged back by a gentleman named Jeff. Answered all of my questions and, while there weren't any photos available online, Jeff offered to send photos via text message. He provided his honest feedback on the part, which in this case was a hood.Paid them a visit this past Saturday and was quickly greeted by a friendly gentleman at the counter, who offered to walk me out to the car and let me inspect the hood myself. Within minutes, the folks at Express Auto Parts had the hood removed from the car and loaded into my vehicle. Painless!Fair prices & excellent service by all. Oh, and the lobby smelled like delicious breakfast tacos!If/when ever I'm in need of parts, this is the first place I'll check. Well worth the drive from La Porte.
