I had to have my old vehicle removed immediately. When I called 114 Auto Salvage they were very polite on the phone as well as in person. They came within 24 hours to pick up the vehicle. The man was patient as I had to clean a few more things out of my car. The driver was very polite and courteous. He was quick and efficient on Towing my most beloved car. I would recommend them to anybody. Happy customer here!!

Great Service!!!I contacted 114 Auto Salvage and was guided through the process of selling/junking my car. The person I spoke with was very professional. We made an appointment for pick up next day.The person picking up the car was available to arrive earlier than scheduled and phoned prior to arrival to ensure I would be available for pick up. Greatly appreciated communication.He arrived as arranged, filled out all paperwork efficiently, reminded me to remove my transponder and paid me the agreed upon price in cash.All of the above took place within 24 hours if my call.It was a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their services again if needed.

Arrangements were made with a professional and caring person on phone. Ramp truck driver called ahead and was very timely. He was also very polite and all business. I met him at car location and in 15 minutes I said goodbye to junker with cash in hand. An overall simple transaction and good experience.

I used 114 auto salvages services and the tow driver was friendly and understanding when he turned around to meet me at the agreed spot. Even though he was there earlier and I was late. They paid me $100 more than some other service quoted me for and I was extremely pleased with their service. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to my peoples.
