I had asked my local FB groups for a good company to remove miscellaneous junk and old furniture from my moms condo in Gloucester, MA, including a sleeper sofa, coffee table, tall cabinet, a rocking chair and several boxes of clutter. I had to have my old vehicle removed immediately. When I called 114 Auto Salvage they were very polite on the phone as well as in person. They came within 24 hours to pick up the vehicle. The man was patient as I had to clean a few more things out of my car. The driver was very polite and courteous. He was quick and efficient on Towing my most beloved car. Ridiculous pricing, went there to purchase oil for Toyota Camry. $50+ for 5 quarts of oil which is like $25 at Walmart or advanced auto parts etc. Twice the price is insane.

I’m a trucker and I picked up there last week. Quickly loaded (within an hour or so), and they were nice and helpful. Street is a little busy and the dock is a little tight, but not bad or impossible.

God awful customer service. Called and started talking, person cut me off and said we don't accept that then hung up. Called back to explain and when i did he said we do accept steel but he was too busy to talk and hung up. If that's how they handle the conversation on the phone i couldn't imagine how bad the service is. Maybe other have had better experiences but I will not be using them for any of my scrap needs based on this interaction.

My donut went flat on 128 they came with a flatbed and drove my honda carefully up on to the ramp instead of hooking up to and bending my tie rods ...thank you! also the price was cheaper than what i expected to pay and the driver was very kind and was quick to get to us. i would definitely recommend these guys for a tow!
