Found what seems to be a good used car for a great price. They were also quick to get my junk car off my hands, and got me the used car same day. Also great service team who took good care of me. Even got light headed during the purchase and they made sure to get me water and sit me down. Nick and his crew are great. For a local small business I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call about tires or a cheap ride that runs well.

I called to see if the tires I wanted were in stock. The owner confirmed they were available and we set an appointment. I drove over an hour to get there the next day only to learn he had made a mistake and did not have the tires I wanted. No offer to make it right, and nothing more than several excuses and a half-ass apology. I just turned around and left. The price seemed fair but they failed to deliver. I have patronized this place a few years ago with decent results. After this, I won't be back. I just reviewed the owners response and he states he is not a mind reader. He is also a liar. He forgot to mention I handed him the Craigslist ad I printed off from that morning showing the tires I wanted were in stock. He told me he has about 50 ads on Craigslist and he can’t monitor all of them. His price was cheap but I got a better deal at Big O Tires so there is no testament to his prices and his lack of service is apparent.

Nick the owner is an awesome guy to deal with, very fair prices and very friendly. I would recommend 169 Auto to anyone that needs new tires or automotive parts.
