169 Auto Parts Inc. is a new business, with new management, at an old location. We took ownership around late August and early September of 2019 with the goal of providing an unmatched customer experience. Our location includes a huge, 5-acre salvage yard where you can find auto parts for a wide variety of older and newer model vehicles. In addition to used auto parts, we offer new tires, used tires, and wheels to keep you rolling. We'll also pay cash for your pre-owned or junk vehicles. Helped father purchase a used car here. Very easy and they have a wide range of options available for cheap priced used cards and trucks. Will be looking here first in the future. Zero pressure sales. They also sell used parts and have a shop. Vehicle we purchaed is mechanically solid. They even put new tires on the vehicle before we picked it up. Good experience all around.

Our company bought a radio for a 2003 Dodge Dakota with the understanding it was tested, radio and C/D player were in working condition. She came back in and found out the C/D player does not work and an Alan Jackson CD was still in it and stuck. I've tried several times to reach out to you with no response. This woman just lost her daughter and I wanted to get her radio and C/D working, she's a good customer too. I'm sorry your customer service is non-existing and I have to leave a bad review. Terribly disappointing!!

Found what seems to be a good used car for a great price. They were also quick to get my junk car off my hands, and got me the used car same day. Also great service team who took good care of me. Even got light headed during the purchase and they made sure to get me water and sit me down. Nick and his crew are great. For a local small business I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call about tires or a cheap ride that runs well.
