the staff I speak to on the phone seems like his not happy working on his job, asking the materials they do sell but refuse to acknowledge my questions and hang up on me instead! be professional.

Guy in the office is screwing people over. Don't waste ur time. This is the second time now. The other guys that work there are awesome. I've been payed ok untill this last time. Guy tryed to blame the workers for not marking the metal under the correct category but he is full of it cause he was out there that last two times and this time he I had more of the same material and he gave me $15 when it should have been over $100 at least. My last time wasting my time going to that place. Better off going to River city. Its disappointing honestly they have done me ok untill now. It is what it is I guess.
