Got the parts I needed to do the body work repairs on a customer's car! Decent prices and pretty helpful employees. But when I first got there I didn't feel a warm welcome from anyone. I had said hello first before anyone said anything. But otherwise good spot to pull parts from!

I've gone to this yard for years. It's kind of ridiculous that they're not open on weekends though. I bought a vehicle from them too and thinking back on it, it was a steal. Now it's extremely rare to see them selling one under $1,000. About two years ago I purchased a Subaru Impreza for like 500-600 bucks and it ran perfect until I sold it for like $2000. Whenever I look at their inventory now everything costs $2,000.... Plus you have to go get it inspected from hwy patrol so it's not even logical to do anymore. Which is probably why I've seen the same vehicles on there for months now. I still gave 5 stars because I can't blame the guy for wanting to make more money for his business. Considered dropping a star for not being open on weekends, but since that senditsquad gave 1 star because they're a disgruntled ex-employee I felt compelled to leave a review because that's nonsense.

I am happy with this service. The driver, who's name starts with a K, did a wonderful job removing my truck yesterday. It was in a precarious position at my house, and my trucks steering was locked up. A tough job for sure, but done without damaging any property. K is very courteous, professional and respectful. I will call this company again, should I need tow service.

Its a junk yard and does have a vehicle sales yard attached as you enter. The place kind of has a home feel to it in the main office. Not as big a selection of cars as I am used to, however the cars are not done extra damage in the yard, they are setup safely and some of them seem to hang around awhile so they can be properly stripped by Part Vultures.

They cancelled on me because one driver called in sick. Couldn't reschedule another pick up for 4 days. Every time I call its a long hold and of course a few transfers no one tells the other person who is on hold and why so I have to repeat what I told the first person. This place is a joke never had terrible service like this from a tow company before. Highly recommend you go elsewhere

Horrendous customer service. These people changed their pickup time for my car to a different day 3 times. An employee told me they'd be there until 4 and for me to call them back, so I called at 3:15 and was told they'd already left the office. I call the next day and was told they were busy and to call back later. I call again and am told they're at lunch and to call back later. Eventually I just yelled that I wanted them to just hold a commitment and do what they said they would do, and they told me that if I was going to yell that they would cancel my pickup entirely as if I was the one being unreasonable. Good. I called another company and they can pick up my car next day. These people are ludicrously unprofessional.

Went here with a friend and scanned the selection which was above-average. After that I went to assist him in looking for some things for his Volkswagen it began to rain really badly. We were jumping around from car to car looking for this part that part mostly unsuccessfully. We decided we were just going to continue this another date because the rain was not going to let up. He gathered some tools and headed for the door and me and the other guy did the same, there was a bunch of tools scattered around the cars that we were working on, we just kind of tossed em all in the bag zipped it up and headed out sopping wet. Once I walked through the exit I l was stopped so that they can look through the bag I kindly obliged let them go through the bag. A young woman began looking through it pulling things out and looking at me strangely I told her that the bag wasn't even mine and it was unclear to me what exactly was in it, that I had no knowledge of anything. I was completely genuine with all my responses and I got nothing but glared at and treated rudely. Once my friend was there I decided I was going to let him handle the situation because I was merely there as a helper and wasn't even there the whole time and was becoming angry with the staff. I walked out the front to the car and was later greeted by a man who I later found out was the owner he wasn't interested in hearing what had happened even though he saw nothing and had little to no idea what had just transpired. He told me that I'm not welcome back there I attempted to explain the situation thoroughly he didn't want to hear nothing of the sort said he doesn't care and was rude to me repeatedly while the employees and other customers stared on. Although I do see how this incident looked bad I think somebody should have at some point looked at the whole situation and realized that the rain storm combined with the the actual items in question that were in the bag and came to conclusion that it was human error and not criminal behavior. It's quite ridiculous that anyone would ever go to the lengths to steal the what was accused that day. My family had just moved out to this area in the past few months and among us there's five or six that are in the business of salvage or automotive and we will be giving none of our business whatsoever to these unprofessional bullies.

This place is the definition of great service, I brought in my old dead battery, gave it to the girl at the front desk, and she told me to look for a new battery, I was struggling for no longer that 30 seconds to find the right battery, a worker at 360 auto came up to me and asked what battery I was looking for, I had no idea, so he went behind the front desk and looked at mine, in about 5 seconds he already had the perfect battery waiting for me to purchase it, the lady that rang up my items was very polite, and had great customer service. Thank you 360 auto recycling. I highly recommend you go and check out there facility. Great people, with great service. Very helpful.

The wrecker that came to pull my beat down car was courteous, and respectful. I would definitely call them to haul any of my cars, I'd even call them to come give me a jump, or a tow if I needed to, If I was stranded. They're really nice people even when I called their office to ask a question. The woman who answered was very courteous, and very helpful.

They had exactly what I needed. It was nice to be able to walk into a recycling yard and find exactly what I was looking for also was able to look around at the other cars and parts found a few more things on different cars I needed as well.. they even had decent prices on a few running cars and trucks if someone is looking for an inexpensive auto

Way To many core charges. Still over priced even after getting a loyalty membership. Nickeled and dimes badly. Have to walk up a long hill to get to the office even with a very heavy wheelbarrow thay refuse to let you use the gate that would make it so you don't have to walk up there long hill up to the office. Small amount of inventory. Unraysonable and unfriendly customer service

I stopped by 360 Auto on Sunday, I was ready to pay my entrance fee and go in when the attendant on duty said we could save a dollar on the entry fee, I thought this might be a good idea to enroll in the loyalty program and save money, when I'm giving my info the girl asked for my ID when I said I didn't have it on me she refused to let me enter and said ID was required for entry I have been here a dozen times and was never asked for ID. she was rude to me so I will more than likely never return also when looking around the entrance I saw NO SIGN that said identification required for entry

The scheduler is very rude when speaking on the phone, when attempting to schedule a tow they are always "booked out through next week" and when I was not able to accommodate a last minute cancellation they had, she said she would call back and never did. I ended up having to use a different tow company because of how difficult and inflexible they are and I would not be willing to support their business in the future.

Warning: if you do not consent to a strip search you will have a picture posted in an attempt to be humiliated. Went in on Sunday, September 9th 2018 for a side mirror for a Toyota Corolla. Paid my $2 admission fee without complaints, after all I am polite and follow the rules. The only car they had was missing the glass. Total time: less than 10 minutes. The counter men were very hostile when I returned without parts. I told them I would be happy to wait for the police if they were accusing me of theft. The only reply? “You really gonna be like that man?” I went next store to gunner auto parts, formerly known as northwest auto parts and was given friendly service and left with a great mirror for $10.88. If you want a greasy, stereotypical “junk man” atmosphere, look no further!

Go in Today to get part and price DOUBLED was very unprofessional and customer service with the guy behind the counter, reguardless of the verble and written estimates from their counter he refused to give it at the price quoted.. I personally will not go there again or anyone i know. Unless they make this transation right with me. Very poor customer service.

Went in to this establishment to go into the yard to get parts. There was a gentleman there put chasing a part. I stood in line waiting for my turn to pay to get in, and listening to the conversation. The gentleman was given a quote over the phone and had one written out. He explained that he was there 2 days prior and the guy behind the counter (Cesar) quoted him double the price. He explained to the giybthat he called and had a written quote for the part, Cesar proceeded to tell him that the person who have the quote was new and made a mistake. He was unaware of this after he already spent the time to pull the part out. He said he would not honor the quite and would not lower the price even a little bit to make up for the mistake. I spoke up and said, " I think I will take my business elsewhere. I feel bad for the guy who was covered in grease and dirt pulling the part out that he needed. Very unprofessional business practices, and no customer service skills to speak of. The woman who gave the quote and the woman who was helping said person was there as well, still no change. They lost my business and the other gentleman's as well.

My 1st stop for used car parts. Fairly clean yard, a decent selection and the staff is easy to get along with. If you've been to other self service wrecking yards in the area you'll notice a difference at 360, for sure.

Whoever was working your front desk this morning provided horrible customer service. I called to schedule a pickup and with total attitude he let me know that there were no schedulers in the building. It seems strange to me that no one is around to schedule on a weekday, but he says they'll be there Monday (MLK Day) to schedule. Really unimpressed by the term "I dunno what to tell you" coming out of his mouth. I also answer phones for a company for work, and my butt would be fired so fast if I EVER spoke to anyone like that.

A good bit smaller than pick and pull (pull-a-part) but way cleaner, way more organized, and much friendlier and helpful staff! They don’t publish their prices but I go on the pick and pull website to look at prices and this place is always cheaper, except for one out of the 10 times I’ve been there.

I was there yesterday desperate to find an RV battery. I had been talking to somebody on OfferUp and they advised me they had plenty and to come on down. I drove from Arlington to Lake Stevens to get this battery. I arrived at 4:30 and was advised that they were closing. They're our say they're open till 6. Needless to say I was very upset and disappointed. I would put zero stars but there is no way to do that.

When looking at the whole cars for sale they want a Drivers' License so you can be a passenger while they stay in the parking lot on a test drive one loop around only. Then pay top dollar (turn down any almost offers) then you dont get a title until it can pass a State Patrol Inspection. Seems like nothing but an uphill battle. While they take in big $$$'s. Beware.

It's actually no longer a junkyard. They still had cars listed online, so probably transitioning, but tough to find it when I needed parts, haha... They are now buying and selling cars, I believe.
