100/10 absolutely fantastic!! Had them come and get an old junk box truck from my place in Mount Vernon. Truck was wedged between 2 buildings with very little to no clearance a James handled it like an absolute master!! No damage to the building truck or anything. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone without question.

Braven Auto & metals came to pick up a junk car and the tow truck driver James showed up on time was fast at his job was kind and compassionate. There was a slight issue in James was quick to get on the phone and get it all figured out I couldn't have been more pleased I definitely didn't feel like this process was going to go so smoothly but definitely James made the difference I will be calling this company again soon because I have another vehicle that I need to get rid of and I'm hoping that I deal with Amanda the gal in the office who was also very kind and amazing and easy to talk to and deal with and James again of course!!

First time at this place and I will most certainly be back for funnsies and hopefully not similar circumstances; My window was smashed out and burglarized a day prior and I needed a quick repair. Saved me a lot of money and time to find the part I was after locally, instead of waiting 2 weeks for online delivery and price markup. For a junk yard, Braven Auto had an enjoyable, and calm atmosphere. Phenomenal customer service award goes to front desk lady, Kim + Yard workers! Thank you so much for going the extra mile and helping me find out if the window I needed, was still available before I made the trip. Good Samaritan badge goes to a gentleman named Manuel for troubleshooting and helping me remove the window without power to operate the electrical! Circumstances and life trials might be an inconvenience at times, but it's the people I met today that make this experience all worth while. God is good!

They scheduled a pickup of 1145 today not only have they not shown up but they seem to not be picking up my calls I don't understand why they do business this way I will not be going through them again this is just highly disrespectful especially since they are the ones that scheduled this even sent me a reminder that they will be here and they won't answer my calls

Called all day Saturday with no answer even after going through the steps online to get an offer and schedule pickup. I got a notification I’d get a call from them on Friday and they never called so I spent my Saturday calling them.

I have found this place to be one of the better priced places to find used parts. I have gotten used tires from them on multiple occasions when I am in a money crunch to get me by until I can afford to go to discount tires & get all new tires. The younger ladies that work the tills in the parts yard have been super helpful in the past especially when they don't have the specific interchangeable parts vehicle in the yard. In providing a short list of parts & how much they charge for them. As long as it's not crazy busy, an a huge list. you are kind & polite. They have always treated me with respect kindness & been super helpful.

They get extra points for being open late on Saturdays. But they pay dog doo for bare bright copper wire. Literally less than 2 dollars a pound when most places pay over 3 dollars per pound. Which cost then their 4th star.

OMG do not sell your car to this place! I went to the bank that the check was issued from and they just flat out said they won't cash checks from this company anymore. There own bank won't cash there own checks! The teller literally told me to try cashing it at a Fred Meyer but didn't seem very confident in my success in doing so and told me if they don't cash it either then I need to contact Braven Metals and work it out with them. I've never once heard of a bank refusing to cash a check written by one of there account holders since they should be able to view if the funds are available or not. They already took my car. This is turning into such a nighmare.

Went to the tire shop twice in one day. I needed a tire replaced on one car and I had tires for my truck I needed rims for it. I couldn't believe the price I paid and the time it took. Very fast works, knowledgeable and kind. It was a great experience for my first time there. They have my business for life here.

Staff is great, Junk yard is setup so the car or cars with the parts you are looking for are rather easy to find, staff is helpful. The cars are setup safely and high enough up so that stripping them down does not mean bending over constantly. I was able to get good body panel parts, undamaged for most of the front end of my old battle wagon. Unlike other yards I have been to, the staff here does not damage the vehicles or parts on them, well, until they go into the grinder anyway. You want good used parts and body panels, this is the place to go first.

I needed to scrap a vehicle that no longer was drivable for me and couldn't have it sitting outside my apt building anymore. Didn't have the first clue on how to go about it. I googled where to scrap a vehicle and a number for peddle came up i called them they asked me questions about the vehicles condition and was able to get me Carrier and also a quote on how much I would be receiving at pick up. Not going to lie I was a lil nervous only because I had no clue if it was legit!!! They assigned me a carrier who called me the very next next morning and scheduled a pickup. The driver was on time very professional he wrote me a check for what I was quoted I'm super impressed with how it all went down!! Lol peddle is legit... Thanks now as long as this check clears were good! Don't think I'll have any problems with that though and now I know who to call when I need to scrap a vehicle super impressed. THANKS for being so prompt at getting the vehicle off my hands... #kiaoptimapikup😁

The employees go out of their to make you feel welcome..Don't forget they have everything you need including the friendly folks at the tire shop!! I enjoy this wrecking yard. Great selection of BMWs usually. Sometimes they are not advertised immediately, so go often! The prices are very reasonable. Where pick n pull is a good yard chain, NW / Gunner is a little more like a privately owned classic wrecking yard. I'm not saying your experience will match mine, but they don't overcharge for small plastic things, trims and such. Floor mats are reasonable. Seats are reasonable. Lights are reasonable. They aren't hiding anything. I really like Kathy who typically checks me out. She's kind, friendly and generous. I keep coming back, spending hundreds at a time grabbing parts for my old cars and for friends old cars. Been coming for years and really have no complaints! Grateful for your business, I'm sure it's not easy running a yard and complying with every little thing.

Update: it's been a year since getting serviced by this shop and I still have had no tire issues! My car is still handling wonderfully! ********* I am so amazed by their service, I will definitely be back! My dad and I were greeted by a gentleman as soon as we pulled up. We were asked if we had been helped by two other people while we were waiting for the first man who greeted us to help us. He said he would be with us shortly from taking care of another customer (understandable) which surprisingly didn't take long. We told him we were in need of two front tires. The employee, my dad and I walked around their used lot together and couldn't find any in a size that would fit my car. We went inside and decided to consider ordering new ones. The employee was sooo helpful in working with us and looking up rates for us. The cheapest they quoted was to my surprise $80 per tire where Les Shwab had just quoted me earlier in the day $150 per tire for their most affordable option. Ordering tires, I expected it would take a few days, but no. The employee had texted me the very next day to say the tires were in and I could come by to get them put on. When I got there, he said it would take about 40 minutes to get them put on, but it only took 20. Driving away from their shop, my car felt 1000x better than it did before I got there. What a relief! I am really, truly impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness, knowledge, work ethic and sense of urgency for their customers. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend and for as long as Gunnar Auto Parts is in business, my car will never be taken to a crummy shop like Les Schwab again. Thanks Gunnar Auto Parts!

I've been to other pick and pull recyclers and this one is by far the best I've been to. The place is organized, clean, and every car is raised so it can be picked from. The owners charge reasonable prices and are very helpful. You can even search their website to know what cars they have before you go. It even gives you the VIN! Just be cautious not to confuse this place with another one as it is easy to hit the wrong one.

Biggest down side with this place is one of the yard guys and one of the front desk guys have buddy's they call who give them kickbacks ($$) for the good parts so no one else can buy them. They literally will hold onto them and will not let you purchase them if they think their buddy will want the parts. So if you need a rare or high demand part I really doubt you will find it here. Same thing with their complete vehicles too. I don't think employees are supposed to be profiting on the side like they are here and one would think management should have stepped in and stopped this a while ago because its been happening for some time? After going there and experiencing this I now know they'll be my last stop if I need any decent/rare parts because of this. Good thing the yard next door to them is ran like an actual business.

This is by far the best junk yard I have ever been too. The yard is big and kept very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. It only cost $1 dollar to get in! The best thing is that there inventory of cars changes quite often so the cars that are there still have practically all there parts still on them. Unlike other places were the cars sit in the yard till there is nothing left but the frame.

06/10 I called asking about Volkswagen's with the 2.5 engine. They told me what they had and it matched what i saw online. Was told they close at 5:15 I get there and was told they are renovating and they dont allow people in the yard. This seemed very odd, they have a open sign on and nothing online saying that+ i wasnt told that on the phone. I'm here now in my car watching other customers walk in. I think the lady thought I was a kid and didnt want me going in??? Either way i have a membership and have never had an issue with this place :) I feel like i was lied to by the older lady at the counter or mis comunication by the person on the phone(i did have a bad connection where i was at) I understand mistakes happen but this just seemed odd.

Incredible customer service! They really treat you like family here. I came in with my father in-law for tires and rims. (two of mine were stolen) The tires I had were in pretty bad shape (had to put old ones back on). Unfortunately, they did not have matching rims and tires that would fit my car. I was able to ordered a set at an incredibly fair price. The gentleman helping me gave me a loaner set until my order came in!? I was incredibly grateful. My husband was in a serious hydroplane accident and was in Harborview with very grave injuries. It was imperative I made the long commute to the hospital after work everyday. I didn't share this information with the auto recycler until after I purchased my tires. Northwest Auto Recycler is an upstanding, quality and trustworthy company. I would recommend them to my closest family and friends. ❤

If you're selling a car to a scrapyard or if you Google where to sell old cars and it gives you options make Braven Auto & Metals your choice. They made the process more than easy and took care of every part of the process like professionals. This was my 4th old vehicle I've sold in the last 2 years and I only wish I had used these folks before. Ryan was on time and very professional. They even paid in cash which doesn't happen with the other guys even though they say they do. If I have to sell another car this way I will without a doubt call Ryan at Braven Auto.
