The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice. I was looking for some roof bars to go on my Tahoe. She had a lot of knowledge of the vehicles they had in the lot. She walked me back to a mechanic and he quickly walked back and found some for me. He got a price for me and we agreed on it and he took them off (and showed me how to take them off/put them on). Didn’t take me long at all to find what I wanted and they charged a very reasonable price.

I drove all the way out here from Decatur thinking they had a Tahoe drivers side door with glass, paneling and all because that’s what they told me. When I arrived I ended up getting told they only had the shell of the door. I left without a word. Will never return. Do not go here they are liars!!!

Dropped in randomly because I was in the area. Cars are easy to get to, employees super friendly and helpful especially the lady in the front office. One of the cleanest yards I have been in. Prices were fair too. Highly recommend! A+++

I've been taking a couple of my vehicles here for a while stand up people as much as I go I'm sure they're tired of me but they do a good job A wise man once said if you do a good job they have no need to come back LOL

They were all nice and showed me how to take a car part off to put it on my car 🚗 and the pricing was good for what I needed

I've gotten several parts from these guys. Every visit has been pleasant. Last time I was there, the owner knew exactly what I needed, pulled an employee off of another job and I had my part and out the door in 15 minutes. Very friendly.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. This is just a fair warning. The mechanics are incompetent and will do mediocre work for dealer prices. Their parts are overpriced and you can generally find the same part for less at other salvage yards or online. They will try and take advantage of you if they sense the opportunity. They are predatory and will seem like they are trying to help you if you are in a tough spot, but don't believe it. They are simply taking advantage of your situation and will overcharge you because they think they can get it. Don't fall for it.

I am visiting from NC and my mother recommended this place. She says they have always been fair with her. I asked them about my struts which Firestone had said I need to replace and they said No that I did not. Also, they installed my after market back up camera and charged me less than other quotes I have gotten. He explained to me how he connected everything and ran the wires through the door, side back panel and then the headliner and connected to the sun roof power since I would not be operating both the sun roof and the reversing at the same time so as to not blow a fuse. He showed me the limitations because of where my spare tire is positioned on the back of my RAV4 and the design of the camera to be connected to the license plate. So it gives a bit of a blind spot and he wanted to make sure I was aware. Anyway, all other quotes I had received where at least $75 more. They did a great job and I am very pleased.

I have been doing business with Jim for about 30 years. Jim and his team really know automobiles from early 60's to current. They not only run a salvage yard but repair cars and trucks as well as sell cars that they have bought or traded for. I have bought over the years 9 cars and while they will most times have a minor blemish or something small not working they have always been mechanically sound. The only thing against them is they are always busy so it sometimes takes a little time to get your car fixed. Myself and my 4 kids all have had or currently have a car from them or repaired by them. They have just finished a 3 month mechanical restoration of my 1972 AMC AMX "Z" code car to factory orginal specs. I hope you try them and have a great experience.
