I called the company on Monday morning to have a vehicle towed. The gentleman asked me to text him my address. I texted the address as requested and waited all day with no response. At 6:00pm I called and asked what was going on he then tells me I texted the office phone not his cell phone gave me the number to text after treating me like I was stupid. He stated he would be here first thing in the morning. I called him around noon and again the guy treated me like I was stupid and an inconvenience to him. I asked him if I should call another company as he has strung me allong for 2 days. He decided to curse at me then hing up the phone.

DO not go here alone!!!! Highly aggressive treatment from owner who approached me, on crutches and yelled at me about calling and politely asking where the vehicle was as it was not at said location. Had a AAA appointment to pick up a vehicle that was towed for storage. Arrived on time no humans in sight at business and also no vehicle that was due to be towed to another location. 45 minutes later he arrived and the verbal assault ensued.
