I can't believe this place sometimes. I get it if homeless bring and leave shopping carts. But this is not the case. I come in there everyday almost. And one day I had to much to carry by hand so I used a shopping cart to bring in all the stuff just to find out there new policy is they will not except anything from you because they consider the shopping basket stolen property.
