I bought a 50.00 part Friday for his truck payed for shipping 10.00 found out he didn’t need the part went to go return it Monday and only gave us 20.00 they wouldn’t even give us half the money back and that’s not the only time they screwed us we bought a radiator couple years back we put it on that day it had a hole in it we went to go see if we could just get another one and they told us no and wouldn’t even give our money back for that DONT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!!! not worth the time or your money!!! And vary rude people!!!

Called for a specific part for my model of car. Drive 28 miles to get it... Had part I was looking for, but it was damaged & for Model newer car. Was also a different class (ie, EX vs LX) with fog-lights. Not sure how that is going to work. Bargained for lower price due to parts condition & was not the exact part I asked for.Did find a rare part from California in their junkyard that my car needed since it was built with CA emissions.Place is dirty, dusty & disorganized & hard to find parking (especially when the fork lift is moving junk cars right next to where you parked!Dallas has better much cleaner more organized junkyards.

Friendly staff and helpful service. Parts were pulled in advance and just as described. Definitely check them out. I came 2.5 hours from Dallas but it was well worth it.

Terrible business to work with. I called asking for a specific core motor and supplied all the info needed, they were rude on the phone but I figured they were just busy. They said they had three of these engines available, and answered specific questions about what parts they saw on these engines, and if they turned over, and gave me prices on them.I drove 9 hours round trip to pick up at least one engine with cash in hand the same day I called. When I got there they said they didnt have any of the engines we had spoken about hours earlier, even though it showed on there website to be in stock. They never actually confirmed they had the engines when I called, and all the info they gave me on them was a lie. They were not apologetic, and all they said before I left was "well why did you drive so far".I wish I could give less than one star, these people wasted an entire day and cost me time and money in fuel for nothing. Do not do business with these crooks.

They had what I was looking for (two spare wheels for a Crown Vic) and were helpful. I wasn't sure what size my wheels were, and the owner(?) came out and looked at my wheels with me to figure it out. I called ahead of time to see if they had what I was looking for, they said they did, and then they had it. I would call that a success.
