I recently spoke with a representative about a part we’ve already paid for, but the interaction was quite unpleasant. She was extremely rude and even started yelling, insisting that they didn’t have the part in stock. I’m frustrated because it’s confusing why they would sell the part to us if it wasn’t available. This experience really put a damper on my otherwise great day.

A lil bit of a wait but I understood as they only had 2 hands on deck on a Saturday. Had the wheel seen they had listed online and even got it priced for less without asking, wheel included center cap so I think price was great compared to others listed in Houston for almost double the price.
