Went in one day, was told they had the transmission I needed, that they would pull it out and test it the next day. Spent the night in Albuquerque so I could pick it up in the morning. Went back the next morning and was told that they won't pull any parts from a vehicle unless I paid a deposit and that they were "backed up" and wouldn't be able to even pull the part. Never going back there again. If you need parts go to J&G across the street. They were awesome, helpful and quick to get me what I needed!!

First of all let me tell you this place is a joke, I called last week inquiring about a differential and George was no help at all. I’ve called him everyday for a week and he kept saying He will send me photos. Never did , he said he would call me more than once but just more empty promises. I call back and he answers with attitude ! Not only that he didn’t even apologize for the inconstancy but made excuses instead , I proceeded to tellHim this is super unprofessional and he THREATS ME , and also SAYS HE KNOWS WHAT SCHOOL I GO TO. I’ve never worked with such a unprofessional scrapyard that seems to have felons only working for them. Do not go to them !

These guys rule. Super helpful and patient. George kept looking for the part I needed until he found the right thing. It was pretty obscure and confusing so it was awesome to have his help.Go to these guys first.

Just got a transmission from here. It works nicely, also I got my money back for the core fee. Everyone here was very awesome and helpful!! I will be coming back when I need an extra part!!

I had a very pleasant experience at ABQ Auto Salvage. It started with a helpful and friendly phone conversation and when I arrived on the lot it continued. The staff was kind and knowledge. They recovered the part I inquired about promptly and it was in good condition. They were also very fair when it came to pricing my part. Drove in from Belen, the salvage I was going to was closed so I called Alb auto. And spoke to Terry, she helped me immediately, ... I will always call you first from now on... Thank you Terry, I took it home and put it on my daughter's Lexus. Works great..!!!!

These guys will rip you off. No refunds. They lied to me about an engine telling me it was good so I bought it. The engine was not good.
