Terrible! I tried calling them 3 times left a voicemail and then stopped by. Not 1 person was onsite to work or help. Makes me wonder how or if they are still in business.

My wife and I drove down from Long Island house hunting and also visiting family in Plum and Murrysville. I was telling my cousin that I was searching for a part for my car all over the place. He informed me of this place Ace Auto Wrecking. When I called. A guy named Dale picked up very polite, extremely helpful. Usually when you call some of these junkyards , you feel like you’re calling unwanted family. Example: ring.. yeah what do you want.... Not this place. Again, these guys go out of their way for you. Dale not only found my part, he found a with a few other parts that I needed for my other cars. Not to mention that the prices of the parts! It was well worth doing business with these guys. Now they are my go to place for used parts. Can’t wait to move down here and find another project car to work on. Thanks again Ace Auto Wrecking!!. Larry S.

I had called to schedule a pickup for a vehicle I wanted to scrap. I was quoted a price (on a Thursday) and was told I would be called back for pick up by Monday. I waited until 5pm Monday before I called and was told it would be picked up Tuesday. Fast forward a week and I have still not received a returned phone call or email. Whoever the high pitched, whiny dude is who answered the phone is, doesn't follow through on his end of an agreement.

EXCELLENT every time I need something I go there. Sometimes phones calls do get forgotten, but they have always got me what I needed in a timely manner! Would DEF go back for future needs!
