Total failure of intelligence on all parts with this company. In the last 3 years they have missed 15-25 service dates all still while charging me. Had enough and just decided to deal with my trash a different way. If your stuck using them just expect them to miss dates and charge you for them then act like they've never missed a service date. I'm now having to take this company to small claims court for compensation.Service: Junk removal

Aces is a necessary part of the infrastructure of our community, but, apparently they have trained their operators to "Go Fast ". Along with talking on cell's, operating controls "Way to fast " & exceeding posted speed limits- We (residents) are left with, Picking our cans &(neighbors) garbage up out of the street again! I realize that "We" could do better- ( 3 ft between each can- place cans in an accessible location) , but, With the constant rate increases , I expect a little more from Aces. Lets ALL do our best to help keep our town clean !C-Mon Aces management , We need you.Thanks !

Pine Grove transfer station prices vary way to much.When questioned same answer,you were charged wrong last time.Cash no receipts seems to get better pricing. Not fair to us business owners who must show receipt!!Bad business practices !!

Been using this waste site over 15 yr's.....Came buy today with 3 dead dried up tomato plants on top of two old folded flat 6x6 plastic tarps to make it easy to pull out of my truck..the load was 8+ inchs below the bed height and I have a large utility box in the bed 30 % of the bed. DEAD DRY PLANTS,NO GARBAGE.$14.50, ARE YOU SMOKING DOG FOOD ???

Seems that the guy who determine how much you pay isn't very consistent I've been there a few times in one day and he has charged me more for less trash on more then one occasion

It's a refuse disposal site It's usually pretty quick to get into and out of The staff at the entrance are kind and know where you need to go to dump whatever you have 😊
