What a shame. This company has great prices and a lot of parts that we are looking for. Unfortunately, they are completely unprofessional when there is a problem with a part they sell you. They try and bargain with you when there is a problem. Never mind the inconvenience the defective part causes you. The most important thing is their bottom line. Only their time and money is important. The customers inconvenience is not.

I needed two rims thanks to PennDot and their sink holes all over Bucks County. I couldn’t find them anywhere. I eventually I contacted my local Nissan dealer who actually referred me to Acres. Within an hr of calling to confirm if they had the parts I needed and driving from PA they had the parts I needed ready within the hour of me calling and arriving. The men and women running the business are HILARIOUS. Great people to work with and do business. I’d give 20 stars if I could but 5 will suffice. Long story short, I highly recommend Acres for whatever your car needs might be! You’ll be taken care of right away and even share a laugh with the people in the office.

This place does not have a list of prices and will try to hustle used parts as if they will be selling new parts fresh from the dealer. I understand it's a business, but do not be selfish and opportunistic. Be reasonable, work with your customers, do not scare them. Do not scam your customers making them loosing their time, do not advertise your items in social media if you are not willing to negotiate. Be grateful if your potential customers are interested in your business.
