This people needs to be more organized! Calling ahead of time doesn't help at all to get your parts on time. They doesn't explain on the phone that the costumer most arrives and then they'll go see if the parts are in good condition. I drive almost two hours to get a fender, hood, and complete front bumper and when I got there bumper was damaged. Just because I really needed it the hood the owner kind of forced me to get the damaged bumper or he wouldn't sold me the hood and the fender. I ended up buying everything just because of the hood but I wouldn't go there again. On side note workers aren't that bad. By the way many prices are higher than getting then new

I would give 1 star if that was an option. I want to say the driver who came out was great, but that was the only part of the experience that warrants any positivity. They did not honor the amount of money their website quoted for the vehicle, they actually offered 60% less. They said it was because the vehicle had an aftermarket Catalytic Converter, but they knew that before they came out having had to answer questions about the CAT before I was given a quote. There are many salvage yards to do business with, I would stay away from this one.

Overall great experience! Got a little nervous 8am scheduled pickup was late but after making call and speaking with Moe he said driver should be there within the hour and he was. Will definitely recommend Acres auto recycling to family and friends.Thank you again!Lou ‘96 caddy

After having a car accident the tow yard offered me nothing but the fine and sign the title over to them. I wasn't having it. Called Car brain answered all of they questions best as I could and Acres offered to buy it. They made it so simple and were very helpful. If ever tou have a junk or totaled car reach out to them. i purchased a used engine, they told me was running good, it didnt start at all, they exchange for another one, same thing, they ended up exchanging me 4 used bad engine and none of them work, i called ALS auto parts and they sold me one double the price but good quality and it did work well, they make me waste so much time replacing 4 used engine that none of the were good ones, when was time for get my money back, it took over a month, my bank ended up taking the case in order to get my money back. thanks god i paid with debit card

Buy a transmission from them and when I get to the shop is not even to the car that I bought it for. No money back not replacement. Suing is my best option....
