Great individual to deal with and fast pick up. Only 4 stars because I was quoted a price and offered less than agreed upon. As I told you after this post; you should disclose that information before making an offer and backing down. I understand that some people don't know what a catalytic converter is but you had that information because I disclosed it to the lady I spoke to. If people know that is an issue regarding the price; then it won't become an issue. I thank you for wanting to making it up to me though.
