I recently starting taking my vehicles to Adams Automotive and cant say enough good things about them. If it's deep engine or transmission work or if it's just an oil change, they'll take great care of you. They are the most competitively priced, they know what they are doing and are able to do most anything that you would need. Larry's is my new personal mechanic and is getting all my referrals. You feel valued and prioritized here unlike many other places. Good experience at first, until I was promised a refund that I never got. My car was sitting at a dealership in Sherman being repaired, and we called this company to come tow it back to my house after everything was done. I decided to trade in the car and get a new one instead so I canceled the tow. I got charged over $100 just for them to drive to the dealership and back. I called and a lady answered and said she would do the refund. About two weeks passed by and I still didn’t see anything. I called again and a man answered and told me that “We don’t do anything for free”’. I’m aware of that, you guys didn’t do anything because I canceled the tow, the only thing that was done was driving to the dealership and back. I’m not really sure what the $100 is for, maybe gas but isn’t that you guys’s responsibility? These southern people around here really blow my mind sometimes…oh well. Won’t use this place again!

They have a contract with AAA. After they were assigned to help me with a flat, they just didn’t show up. It’s been over three hours. When AAA tried getting in touch with them at the 3 hour mark, nobody picked up. I understand not wanting to work evenings, but if 8pm is too late, you need to let AAA know and maybe opt to not take contracts from them.Service: Tires
