Honest, extremely helpful, and quick! 5 stars for Thurston who helped me swap out a new battery there on site (for half the price as quoted by the dealer!). He was extremely professional and knowledgable, I will definitely return for any car needs, the customer service was just too good! 5/5 stars! shout out to Thurston!

So I call on Sunday at 09:15 and Dakota asked the phone very professionally and told me he was by himself so he put me on a small hold to finish with the customer before me. I called about a pressure tube for my Chevy pickup. Not only did the phone disconnect Dakota went out of his way to find and call me back to let me know that he has it in his hands. I’m very pleased with how this gentleman works. This is why I do business within advance auto parts
