    Trash was not picked up Tuesday(5 Apr). Neighbors trash not picked up. Everyone else's trash was picked up. Call 8** number(8 Apr). Woman said spoke to dispatcher, trash would be picked up that day. Nothing, no one showed up. Willing to take your money but not provide a service. I am retired military, pay for a service and expect to get it. If not I can stop paying and get rid of my trash the old fashioned way.Service: Trash removal & disposal

    Wont service trash pickup and terrible customer service. Rude employees and will not credit your account for weeks they missed . Our city comissioners need to find a new company to handle the trash in this county.

    I cannot get into my account online to pay my bill. Second time calling the office and Ihave been on hold for 42 mins. They need to mail me a bill.

    This office personnel provided me with the worst customer service I've ever received in my life, very rude. I've called twice a week for two months just to hear them lie to me regarding a service I pay for. They don't deserve a single customer they have. A young a lady hung up the phone on me today after supposedly transferring my call.

    For many years, I have had to carry my trash to dumpsters in the trunk of my car (the same trunk that I carried my groceries home in). I felt it was very unsanitary so when I learned there was going to be a trash disposal service I was thrilled. It is a convenient and more sanitary way to get rid of trash. I am and have been very happy to take advantage of the service.

    Office personnel is dishonest. They tell you whatever it takes to pacify you. Garbage pick-up is erratic and unreliable. The only thing that is for SURE is that they will DEFINITELY ADD THEIR FEE TO YOU WATER BILL ON TIME!
