I took multiple scrap metals to your company over two days and Randy was my customer rep. both days. He was friendly and gave me great advice on how I could bring my recyclables in to get the best bang for my buck. I will continue to return to your company because of employees like Randy.

Guy was friendly, but tried to give me #2 prices for #1 copper. I took a bunch back before he weighed it. And I wasn't allowed to watch. He 'forgot' to put the #1 on the ticket and I had to argue with office staff before getting back in line. The office guy paid me out of his own pocket. I'm a little ol lady, but I know my copper.not goin there again. Usually if they're trying to RIP me off,they're not friendly. So I'm sure he got me for more. Be aware of this place

About 8 months ago I left a very bad review because of one employee. He is still here but they have a new guy who is great second time I've dealt with him tells me when I make mistakes on what I think is a certain grade of scrap save me a lot of money today and even allows me to throw my cardboard boxes in their dumpster. Absolutely wonderful nice to have someone who cares about his job and the customer

I would definitely find another place to sell cans. The guy was lazy, sitting in his car when we got there and went back to his car to sit when we left. He was terribly rude and not social AT ALL. Did not help with anything and we feel we were cheated.

Dirty facility. More importantly THEIR SCALES ARE OFFSET. I've weighed copper on two separate occasions before taking it in. They will weigh it as quickly as possible and IMMEDIATELY have it dumped, before handing you the ticket(both times), so there's no disputing it. This is the very last place in Topeka you want to sell scrap. L&M in north Topeka should be your first choice! Besides getting the right price, they also have better than zero customer service.
